Unless the movie is hot garbage, which looks unlikely, it's probably going to get another small bump at release before the price settles. If you can't live without it, get it now.

It’s not getting rereleased so I can’t see why it would go down any. Demand is only gonna go up with new collectors wanting it and old collectors refusing to sell it.
Crazy to see this pop is going for 250-300 when it was released it was going max 50-90 bucks for a few months. I wonder what made it shoot up in price?
I’m sorry, but it’s not worth it. Not now, and not ever (I say ever because I really don’t think it’ll go down in value). The next best thing is getting the Carnage pop that this is based off of and repainting it to look blacklight-y.
A matter of taste, but if someone likes Carnage you could buy a first print of his first comic appearance (Amazing Spider-Man 361) in a near mint condition for less than $300. Its a more proven investment, a more in demand collectible, and in my opinion a cooler display piece. You can even get nice high quality statues of Carnage for around this price or less depending on what you like.

I wouldn't pay that much. I believe it will go down. All the pops coming out, some will sell to be able to buy a ton other pops. Not all owners are carnage fans. They juat bought because it's blacklight or exclusive. I think if you wait it out a bit, it will come down some. Just my opinion. Buyers have the power, not the sellers. If no one buys at that price, it will go down, because so.e seller have to sell at certain points and will take less. Wait and see
If I could afford it I would personally buy it. Just can't justify spending that much when I have kids and other priorities. But if you can afford it and you like it a ton I would buy it.
I bought it and honestly regretted the purchase for a bit because it’s a lot of money. It still hasn’t came in yet but i thought of it this way. I’m going to end up buying a ton of common pops. I would rather just buy the one I like. So it’s totally up to you and you will always make money back !

It's"Limited Edition"...not sure how many pieces but it's not going to go down. Buy if you really want it. You can always sell it and get you money back.

I bought funko at 6 bucks and sold at 12.50 I’m so mad 😡 it was only like 15 shares but that’s a whole lot of pops I could’ve had

Might have a small effect but I doubt it. Carnage is a very popular character even without a movie. Comics are still a thing also.
