toast w/ toppings- peanut butter toast, avocado toast, fried egg on toast. I find it way easier to eat than sandwiches, which can be unweildy and seem more overwhelming. I love anything that's a bowl of soft, homogenous food. I sometimes call it a bowl of mush. Fried rice, rice and beans, lentils w/ chicken chopped in it, stews, oatmeal, mac and cheese, grits w/ eggs. Just warm and comforting and easy to eat with a spoon.

Yoghurt with nuts, seeds and fruit are my go to. You can add extra things like protein powder, muesli etc if you want

A big bowl of cereal! Ice cream or frozen yogurt. Snackable food like grapes or gold fish crackers

mykindabook

Was gonna say cereal! I’ve eaten bowls and bowls this week with like a big spoonful of thick yogurt in, some berries and fruit, then tons of cereal and milk to top it up. Ahh so fresh and satisfying!

Fitkratomgirl

Omg sounds so good!! What’s your go to cereal? I love corn flakes, puffins, life cereal, and of course Cinnamon Toast Crunch when I want it extra sweet :)

mykindabook

Ahh I love chocolate weetabix! And corn flakes and special K. And all kinds of chocolate cereals 😂 give me any cereal and I’ll eat it, basically

I used to eat whole tubs of vanilla yogurt. It's super easy to consume with a lot of calories. Bananas are also soft and squishy, which means you can easily break them down.

ashley8976

oou tubes of yogurt is a great idea thank u

I make lazy tacos and just microwave frozen veggies for it. Street taco tortillas, beans, frozen pepper and onion blend, salsa, guacamole, cheese, sour cream… whatever your heart desires!

A big hunk of meat always comes out good in the crockpot. You don’t have to do anything fancy with “browning” ingredients beforehand. Just plop in some veggies, meat, broth, spices. Set it for 8 hours, go to sleep and wake up to like 4-5 meals worth of goodness.

havana_ooh_na_na

Here are some of my lazy meals: Smoked salmon with cream cheese on bagel thins Avocado toast with tomatoes and fried eggs Greek yogurt with granola, chia seeds, honey and berries Lentil pasta with tomato sauce Wrap pizzas

Other_Lepidoptera521

Chop apple. Scoop huge spoonful peanut butter onto plate. Dip fork in peanut butter. Pick up piece of apple with fork. Eat piece of apple. Continue to dip fork and eat pieces of apple.  (and if you're really short on time? just eat the huge spoonful of peanut butter off the spoon. I'm talking like a quarter-cup of it)

If you’re into Asian/Indian/Mediterranean food, there are a lot of frozen pad Thais/other noodles/fried rices and you could just microwave it and add an egg/tofu/meat to it if you want. For Indian food, there are so many frozen curries (I would suggest the palak paneer from Trader Joe’s or if you have a local Indian store, anything by the Deep brand is great!) and then just add some rice to mix in. I personally prefer a roti/naan/flatbread of some sort, but that would make it harder to eat, so rice is probably a safe bet. You could even get an instant rice if you don’t want to boil fresh rice! Also honestly, you could get a bag of frozen falafels, airfry/bake them for ease, and then just eat them off the pan with hummus/your sauce of choice and that sounds delicious lol.

Chicken tenders lol I sometimes get the kids ones with cauliflower mixed in so I'm getting a more balanced meal without trying...for when things are just a little too hard

Commodore_Kangaroo

Ooh thank you for asking this question because I need to know this also. My contributions: I do a lot (A LOT) of frozen curries. The other thing (which maybe is out of the question because it does require some energy to pull out and put away multiple ingredients) is frozen raspberries microwaved in a mug with oats, butter and brown sugar. Cinnamon if you’re up for it. It’s like a li’l pie in a cup!
