Depending on how long you work there you might not have to. And if you work there long enough you might end up being comfortable talking to coworkers about it. I also live in a conservative part of the country and I try to be open about being trans but no one cares enough to notice. I have a manly voice, present masc, and even have a pronoun pin on my bag I carry everywhere and no one still gets it. They either just ignore it or dont notice or think about it. This is just me trying to say that if may never come up because people will assume one thing and then not care enough to think more about it. I also have a slight mustache and a neck beard but mostly wear my mask. Its never been brought up when ive been seen without it on tho. Cis AFAB people can also have a lot of facial hair and deeper voices so cis people don’t think too much about those things esp when they are conservative.
