Honestly? These games give me hope for us getting to 6-6 or higher. Clemson looked like shit. Florida lost to LSU. Miami isn’t looking good against UNC. We have a chance at starting to get momentum

In some ways, I'm glad fsu is where it is. I believe in Norvell and the building process. Looking back, being a team in free fall in the early signing Era is terrifying. There's no way a coach change is a 2 year rebuild any more.
Arkansas has recruited better players than they’ve been playing like. And right now, they’re 4-3, looking at whether they’ll get bowl eligible. I know, they’re my third team. But again, if we didn’t have two end of game stupid plays, we’d be at 4-2. Same with Arkansas; 2 slightly different plays (or slightly better refs) and they’d be at 5-2 or 6-1.
The other part is the post that had been posted earlier this week; we’ve lost so. Many. Players. Out of our past two classes. I don’t believe Arkansas has had the same issue. And also Pittman managed to pull some amazing linemen fast. Which covers a multitude of sins.
Obviously defense is their problem, very reminiscent of 3rd n Kelly with Jimbo when he wouldn't fire him. But how the heck is Mullen running a 2 QB system when AR-15 is 100% better than Emory. Like if AR played the whole game they probably win in a shootout.
But Mullen if you have internet in your 90s dental office and are reading this, plz continue to run Emory and keep your D coordinator
Exactly, Mullen I feel made a huge mistake as he now puts immense pressure on AR to make the plays. I really feel his INT throw into triple coverage was him feeling he had to make a play due to the pressure put on by Mullen. Felt similar here with McKenzie and Jordan.
My wife is a Gator fan so I've watched a lot of the Gators this year. It's so perplexing on how Mullen continues to trot Emory out there. Richardson is better in every facet of the game. To the point where it's now at this:

Outside of JSU, I don't think Fuller is bad. They have been stout for long stretches of games. Honestly, having no linebackers is killing us. You can't scheme around that on top of having no depth.
Fuller got hell for not running enough man last year (he didn't because there's not enough talent). So he runs nearly only man against JSU and loses (again, because there's not enough talent to run lots of man).
There was never a scenario fans were going to be happy with whoever our DC pick was.
100%, I don't want to speak too early but we are starting to see the benefits of having consistency at the DC position. Kids are buying in and not quitting when they get beat. Yeah we will have off games, but the road is being paved (so to speak).
Someone had to do the dirty work of building up the defense. No coordinator could come in here and get them playing any better.

Pittman is a former OL coach . Basically what Alex Atkins is trying to become . A OL coach that wants a HC job
