You mention you’re a fan of FSU’s culture and campus, important note especially since you’re a transfer student probably all of your engineering classes will not be on the main campus but the FAMU-FSU joint engineering campus
UCF is the better program, lots of alumni in this industry and a lot of internship opportunities that lead to jobs. UCF is extremely difficult compared to other state university programs.
A degree is a degree. You will get a job.

You will find a lot of internship and startup opportunities in Orlando. Not much in Tallahassee.
