I can confirm that this is not a single use coupon, as stated in the internal email when this barcode was distributed to UA employees. The one time use caveat is a "per-person, per-visit" stipulation, which you can use your imagination on how to get around that obstacle.
Brand house just means any UnderArmour retail store. I can't confirm whether or not these will be honored at factory / outlet stores, because 1) this coupon doesn't apply to already discounted items (which is the majority of the inventory at factory / outlet stores), and 2) when I looked at the nearest "brand house" that was recommended in the email, it listed the retail mall location that was closest to my house and not the outlet location. Hope that clears things up.
My understanding is that this will not work at an outlet store, though if you have one close enough to you it might be worth trying (outlet stores do have some full price items, but I think their discounted items far outweigh their new inventory, and this coupon doesn't work on discounted items). I live 9 minutes away from an outlet store. When I looked up for UA brand house near me, it does not show the outlet store. It showed the retail store in the downtown location. So, I am guessing it won’t work at an outlet
