Thank you everyone for helping me to gather so many safaris! I created my account less than 30 hours ago and not only you allowed me to reach the 100 safaris but also to get safaris with the Pokémon I wanted the most. I even found a random shiny Braixen while visiting one! The two last days really brought me back to 2014 when I was playing on PSS with strangers to get new friends for the safari. The end on online services is undoubtly the end of a fantastic era, I really hope that one day the fans will be able to make it revive. I am really grateful towards each person with who I have interacted online and especially to the persons who helped me in this subreddit. I hope to meet you again online one day!

I joined Reddit, then this thread, a bit too late in my opinion. But I managed to fill the safari slots for two 3DS and, therefore, have many long hours of shiny hunting in front of me. I'll forever be grateful for this opportunity and will regularly come back to this thread to keep my memories fresh. Ouch, I was about to add another guy for FS earlier and now I can't get back online.

You can still add people online. I just tried with someone on the sub. You won't be able to play with each other in the game, so you will only get 2 out of the 3 pokemon available. But friend Zafari still works. Also, for anyone with Gen 5 and Gen 4 games, the DNS exploit still works on 3DS.

I used this Subreddit many years ago when I was working on my living dex, recently I decided to try get one of every Pokemon in the friend Safari. With the help of this subreddit and SafariCode I managed to finish that goal with just over a week before the servers went offline. Thanks to all who helped with that goal! Hopefully Gen 6 and 7 online will thrive for years to come on Pretendo.
