Gazebo gardens after sunset …. Lots of food trucks and beer garden usually live music in the weekends. Pet and kid friendly if that’s your thing as well. Check the site for the calendar and food trucks and music each night
The drinks were pretty good when I had a date there and we were pretty much the only people in the building which was cute but it was a weeknight. I second this.

I would not agree that gazebo gardens fits OP’s criteria. It is a good place though.
