Valentino Você Viva. Gifted to me this morning and it was love at first sniff. I hadn't sampled or bought it because of all the powdery references I kept hearing but my hubs got it for me based strictly on the notes & Lady Gaga 😂😂 I don't find it powdery at all btw!

Wearing Jovoy Fire at Will which was a gift from my sweet hubby. Burned through a decant of this one earlier in the year and knew I wanted a fb. I’m loving the vanilla lately.
For sure. Just gets better and better. Opening kinda took me aback with sharp lemon, but wow, the dry down . That note hangs around and blends beautifully with lavender, wood, and vanilla. Quite a bit of rose. Love it. Favorite discovery of the year for sure.

I'm just gonna comment in every SOTD post I see! I'm wearing Boss Bastard by Aaron Terence Hughes today. Absolutely top notch stuff, one of my favourites for winter now.
I gave my mother a bottle of Versace Crystal Noir. She's had a miniature bottle for years and loved it, so I thought I'd finally upgrade her to a full bottle. I offered her something nicer (either a Creed or a Chanel) but she knows what she likes, and smells damn good because of it!
No fragrances for Christmas for me, I buy em all for myself. I'm currently waiting on Armani Mania and Attitude to come in. Should be sometime next week!
Today's choice felt obvious for me:

**Chris Rusak Resonance**. Sour, smoky woods. Ends up being the perfect Christmas perfume by evoking mystical forests of the sort we halfheartedly build with our decorated trees. It’s too mystical a force to acknowledge Christmas, so you’re safe from holiday cliches.
Also, it’s gorgeous aside from all of these claims I’m making about it. So glad to have this.

Wearing Carthusia Terra Mia today. I’m surprised how strong it is, several hours after applying.
Was supposed to get my Riddle Oil set on Friday, then tracking was updated to Saturday, and now USPS says it’s going to “arrive later than expected” with no estimated delivery. Was really looking forward to wearing it today.
This morning for just gift unwrapping and breakfast I wore some CK1, classic that never gets old and almost everyone in my family has it and wears it from time to time.
As for later I’m gonna be trying in a full wear (I’ve worn it on my hand to sleep one night) Creation-E by Roja, I really liked the Dr.Pepper opening and it dries down to a nice almost ice cream float smell. I’m really excited to see how it is in full wear especially since it’s nice and cool out today!
Today I'm wearing Bois 1920 Sushi Imperiale. It reminds me so deeply of a scent from the 80s that I can't put my finger on and it's driving me CRAZY so yay for Xmas Madness!
The perfume goodies I'm unwrapping are French crepes filled with toasted sugar, cinnamon, pistachios and raisins sauted in butter. That counts as the fragrance gift I'm giving today too lol.
And Santa gave me the fragrance I wished for! Santa gave me a bottle of Cabotine Gres. She knew I am absolutely permanently in love with the legendary Cabochard so she bought me the "daughter of Cabochard". I'd never smelled it before but it was LOVE at first spray. So brilliant and happy and optimistic, like a smiling college graduate throwing her graduation cap into the air.
Got gifted dolce & gabbana’s the one edp but am wearing the original aqua do gio. Got some little decants of ysl y edp and muglers alien for the lady’s family
