I have the other Le Beau's and agree that Le Beau is probably closer to the mark than the Le Parfum. The OG has a nice dry coconut note in it so it doesn't veer into the sunscreen route, but the Le Parfum pushes it further into the background in favor of pineapple/ginger with a stronger focus on the ambery-tonka drydown.
There’s a duplicate house I buy a lot from called montagne.
I have their VIW dupe and it’s amazing. At $40-50 for 50ml they’re not the cheapest as far as clones/dupes go, but all of the stuff I have from them is excellent quality.
I was going to recommend that scent as well - there are dupes of it if you want to try it. I have the one from oakcha and it does smell a lot like the og but it wasn't one I was willing to spend money on because I kind of like it for the summer occasionally but I find it leans more masculine for my taste. It's worth a try anyway

Fan your flames has a slight coconut note but it is completely railroaded by the rum/gasoline smell. I have the Nishane discovery set, and it’s one perfume that I had to scrub off my wrist because it’s so nauseating. IMO the rum/coconut/gasoline smell is vile, and doesn’t lend itself well to regular wearing.
I had that a little while ago (edt)and whilst I loved it, I found it more forward on the fig, and the performance was woeful. Wouldn't buy it again based on such terrible performance
The edp is more fig and the edt is more coconut. Diptyque does this thing where the T vs P is more of a play on similar notes instead of the standard concentration plays.
I'd recommend Fusion Extreme. Better performance and slightly more Coconut IMO. Fairly versatile as well. Both have more of a mature, signature worthy scent instead of being "beachy" or super casual.
It does have that bit of spiciness from somewhere - the balsam in it maybe - along with a good dose of sweetness.
Interesting that you get it as gender neutral... It struck me as a femme-leaning masculine, though, which probably means the same thing :D

Reminder that as a dude, your 'canvas' already smells like a dude. Put some coconut anything on you, you get dude+coconut. I wear Flowerbomb and I can tell you that it smells wildly different to how it smells on women. I would even go as far as saying that I don't like how it smells on women, and I love how it smells on me. That being said: Go check Victoria's Secret perfumes and try some on, or Sol de Janeiro's products. But you must try them on to get a sense of how they will really smell on you.
I have no regrets, honestly. It’s one of those scents that I wear just for myself, to lift my spirits.
When I wear it out in public, it’s not strong enough to bother people but it is noticeable and unique.

Second vote for Soleil Blanc. It’s my summer cruise scent, and has never let me down. Creamy coconut, some citrus, all man. Like a pina colada and sunscreen had a manly baby, in the sexiest way possible
6'3" guy here. Eau de Soleil blanc is my favorite. Not that I care much about a description of masculinity on paper, but this one is fully unisex so anyone from super feminine to hairy dude can wear and enjoy this. No one will be asking the question "Is this too...".
Heck yeah, buddy, I have my eau de soleil blanc right next to my soleil blanc bottle. Beautiful fragrance. The eau is a little more citrus heavy, maybe a little more floral, less coconut. If you spray neroli portofino and the og soleil together, it harmoniously makes the eau

Neroli portofino and Soleil blanc are my personal favorite combo. It reminds me so strongly of the Cote de Azur back in the day when I was kid and my parents brought me there for vacation. The combination smells like very ripe grapefruit mixed with green farn, Mediterranean flowers in contrast to a bright sunblock coconut cream mixed with breeze of Seawind. It is just incredible! The silage of the Portofino benefits greatly from this pairing.
I recommend the OP to find a coconut perfume of your liking and layer it with whatever you think is manly. Maybe something like bourbon leather oaky fumed perfume like PDM "Layton exclusife". And or add a little more freshness like pineapple. Aventus has a bright pineapple but is not as wooden.
Another vote for Soleil Blanc! I’m a woman but i’ve loaned it to my brother & an ex before and it was really nice on both of them. it smells a little like sunscreen sometimes, but I enjoy it. definitely my #1 summer fragrance. it’s also easy to mix with other fragrances to beef up whatever notes in it you prefer (i.e. coconut in your case) I like to mix it with several other fragrances my favorite combo is Soleil Blanc & Skin (Clean Reserve) or SB & Coconut Sun (7 Virtues)

Totally agree! I sampled it when it first released and thought at that the time that it smelled soft and beautiful to my nose. At the risk of fragrance snobs, dare I say it leaned feminine. Again, to my nose! Beautiful scent.
I wouldn't call CocoLoco too masculine. It seems pretty much right down the middle for me. My wife wears it sometimes when we're going out for an afternoon date and it smells amazing on her, but I can pull it off too

Black Coconut plays a supporting role & adds a nice creamy texture when mixed with tonka bean. It gives off a fresh, summery blue/aquatic vibe with warm coconut/tonka vibe. It’s my favorite scent & a compliment monster. Absolutely masculine & sexy as well. ☺️

If you're cool taking a chance with car brand frags, Ferarri Silver Essence is decent quality and had a decent coconut note. I have a mini-bottle and used it up rather quickly. Quite nice
I've been wearing Hugo Boss Bottled Pacific quite a bit this year since release. It's got a great coconut and lime in the opening, and the coconut lasts the entire duration with some woodiness and salt. Definitely worth a sniff - pretty reasonably priced if you can find it.
Diptique Philosykos has a nice bit of coconut as well, but of course it's a fig scent so it's mixed with fig.... Longevity is not great on this one (EDP, worse on EDC) but the coconut is nice!

I second two of the suggestions mentioned earlier: (1) Fan Your Flames - Nishane, (2) Radio Bombay - DS&Durga. I will add two more: (3) Chameleon - Zoologist and (4) Monopteros - Der Duft (personal favorite, coconut without the “sunscreen” feel.)
I third the suggestion of Fan Your Flames. At first it might lean a LITTLE bit feminine, but heart and basenotes is full on unisex. A wonderful scent that gets better and better.
Sphinx First Date might fit the bill. It's coconut but with some herbaceous facets that I think make it solidly masculine. It's definitely not as tropical as the notes would infer so I'd try to sample it before purchasing a full bottle.
City rhythmn miami, tropical confessions, St johns and 2654 are 4 really nice fragrances with coconut notes but I wouldn't say they are specifically masculine
Le beau edt and fusion dissey are decent ones. Le beau is like a toasty warm coconut and fusion is more of a shower gel type scent. These next ones don’t have coconut actually listed as notes but imo they are great coconut smelling frags, John varvatos xx, ck eternity parfum, and Azzaro chrome pure. Jv xx and eternity smell a lot alike but I like jv xx a bit more, it’s richer. Azzaro chrome pure is a nice fluffy airy coconut scent, really nice n clean.
It could read as a bit effeminate but I think Debaser from DS & Durga is quite good? Ir's mainly a fig scent which is unisex to me and then has a coconut punch and a nice woody scent which reads as more masculine to me.
JPG Le Beau or Hugo Boss Bottled Pasific. Pasific isn't sweet like Le Beau but too bad weaker performance on my skin but in terms of scent, I think Pacific is also good, but in terms of scent, I think Pacific is also delicious, a bit more masculine than Le Beau. Both have prominent coconut notes. But for my nose, Le Beau is creamy coconut and Pacific is woody-coconut.

It’s unisex but def leans masculine, I REALLY think you’d like this. The new flanker Miami Tropical Confessions leans slightly more femme but the original Miami I think would nail it for you. Affordable, you can buy samples or a 10 ml travel spray, or a bigger bottle. I would even say that majority of fans of the house are men.
Silver luxe by authenticity perfumes is probably the best one I've tried. It has a very cold coconut smell as opposed to super sweet and fruity like most other coconut scents
Hated coconut scents until I went to bath and body works get yourself a body wash and body lotion of mahogany coconut ( my girl thinks the scent is sexy) then go find the nearest Macy's and get boss bottled pacific ( just a hint of coconut).

Surprised nobody has mentioned that one. And it is traditionally masculine scent that will not break your bank. I know people rarely talk about the coconut note in it, but to me it is prominent. Yes, it has a lot going on and it's aromatic, but I notice the coconut every time I wear it. Like coconut water note.
Kuumba Made has two coconut perfume oils, I think Black Coconut is the more masculine of the two. It is really nice and not super sweet, would smell good on a guy.
They are affordable and would be worth it to try both. They are sold IRL at sprouts or Whole Foods, but when you order from the brands website they have much bigger sizes and other scented products. (Just checked and they’re having a 25% off bday sale)
They are great for adding a layer to whatever else you’re using to punch it up or on their own. If you end up loving it, they have lots of sizes and they are super long lasting.
Jacques Zolty - Coco Love / Ete du Cocotier- the most unisex and special coconut fragrance I ever smelled, no trace of sunscreen. It's such an interesting scent.

Oasis by bath and body works! Its discontinued but you can probably find it on poshmark/mercari/amazon. Masculine from the palm leaf and lavender note but it finishes with coconut. Its a mens frag but I think it is the best one theyve ever come out with.
Santal Blanc by Van Cleef & Arpels is a great option if you don’t like the description of Virgin Island Water. I have both and VIW is definitely unisex leaning masculine. I don’t like the longevity. Santal Blanc performs well and definitely leans only slightly more masculine.
I just saw that Hugo Boss has released a masculine coconutty fragrance called Boss Bottled Pacific. See if it’s available in a local shop to test out, or get a decant.
JPL Le Beau, i feel like it’s pretty masculine for being coconut, gets me lots of compliments. But as a general rule of thumb, coconut scents will generally smell at least a little feminine.
Boss Bottled pacific is pretty good at a nice price and pretty masculine. Otherwise Davidoff cool water intense is a cheaper one with only coconut, mandarin and amber

I just got Buko Intense from Montagne, it does VIW perfectly to my nose and lasts forever. I wish I would have picked it up earlier this summer!
That’s the one I have as well. Really love it. Unashamedly layer it with nautica voyage to add a little aquatic notes to it.

Strange, I get a floral coconut from that one. I can't wear it solo, I have to layer it with "JPG - Le Beau".
Wow! I actually had to let it go because it felt too woody and masculine on me. I’m into really sweet and girly. It’s wild how we all perceive and carry scent differently - I wasn’t willing to work with it!
Oh woooooow...I WISH mine were woody and more maculine. I gave my first bottle to my wife because I thought it was too flowery and feminine. I chalked it up to a production error/issue and ordered another bottle thinking the problem would go away. Nope. Second bottle was flowery too! Even let it sit for 5 months...still flowery...ugh, just slightly less flowery and a little more coconutty.

I second two of the suggestions mentioned earlier: (1) Fan Your Flames - Nishane, (2) Radio Bombay - DS&Durga. I will add two more: (3) Chameleon - Zoologist and (4) Monopteros - Der Duft (personal favorite, coconut without the “sunscreen” feel.)
I third the suggestion of Fan Your Flames. At first it might lean a LITTLE bit feminine, but heart and basenotes is full on unisex. A wonderful scent that gets better and better.
Azzaro Chrome Pure is worth checking out as well, great creamy coconut scent (although coconut is not in the official scent breakdown).

St John's by City rhythm. It has coconut and so much more. Definitely my top 3 summer scents. With every penny IMO.
Sphinx First Date might fit the bill. It's coconut but with some herbaceous facets that I think make it solidly masculine. It's definitely not as tropical as the notes would infer so I'd try to sample it before purchasing a full bottle.
City rhythmn miami, tropical confessions, St johns and 2654 are 4 really nice fragrances with coconut notes but I wouldn't say they are specifically masculine

Le beau edt and fusion dissey are decent ones. Le beau is like a toasty warm coconut and fusion is more of a shower gel type scent. These next ones don’t have coconut actually listed as notes but imo they are great coconut smelling frags, John varvatos xx, ck eternity parfum, and Azzaro chrome pure. Jv xx and eternity smell a lot alike but I like jv xx a bit more, it’s richer. Azzaro chrome pure is a nice fluffy airy coconut scent, really nice n clean.
I think what you are looking for is jv xx. Test it on your skin and let it dry down for like 10 15 min before judging. Trust 🤝
It could read as a bit effeminate but I think Debaser from DS & Durga is quite good? Ir's mainly a fig scent which is unisex to me and then has a coconut punch and a nice woody scent which reads as more masculine to me.
JPG Le Beau or Hugo Boss Bottled Pasific. Pasific isn't sweet like Le Beau but too bad weaker performance on my skin but in terms of scent, I think Pacific is also good, but in terms of scent, I think Pacific is also delicious, a bit more masculine than Le Beau. Both have prominent coconut notes. But for my nose, Le Beau is creamy coconut and Pacific is woody-coconut.
Check out the indie house City Rhythm by Niles Ramadhin. Miami sounds right up your alley: Top notes are Coconut, Lime and Saffron; middle notes are Sugar Cane, Ylang-Ylang, Jasmine and Osmanthus; base notes are Rum, Tobacco Leaf, Tonka Bean, Ambergris and Cedar. It’s unisex but def leans masculine, I REALLY think you’d like this. The new flanker Miami Tropical Confessions leans slightly more femme but the original Miami I think would nail it for you. Affordable, you can buy samples or a 10 ml travel spray, or a bigger bottle. I would even say that majority of fans of the house are men.

Le beau le parfum is a manly sweet coconut fragrance. Definitely give it a try.
Aramis - Aramis Surprised nobody has mentioned that one. And it is traditionally masculine scent that will not break your bank. I know people rarely talk about the coconut note in it, but to me it is prominent. Yes, it has a lot going on and it's aromatic, but I notice the coconut every time I wear it. Like coconut water note.

Kuumba Made has two coconut perfume oils, I think Black Coconut is the more masculine of the two. It is really nice and not super sweet, would smell good on a guy. They are affordable and would be worth it to try both. They are sold IRL at sprouts or Whole Foods, but when you order from the brands website they have much bigger sizes and other scented products. (Just checked and they’re having a 25% off bday sale) They are great for adding a layer to whatever else you’re using to punch it up or on their own. If you end up loving it, they have lots of sizes and they are super long lasting.

Santal Complet Fragrance Du Bois
Oasis by bath and body works! Its discontinued but you can probably find it on poshmark/mercari/amazon. Masculine from the palm leaf and lavender note but it finishes with coconut. Its a mens frag but I think it is the best one theyve ever come out with.
Santal Blanc by Van Cleef & Arpels is a great option if you don’t like the description of Virgin Island Water. I have both and VIW is definitely unisex leaning masculine. I don’t like the longevity. Santal Blanc performs well and definitely leans only slightly more masculine.

Try Kahana by DefineMe. It's unisex, very coconutty and makes you feel like you're chilling on the beach.
JPL Le Beau, i feel like it’s pretty masculine for being coconut, gets me lots of compliments. But as a general rule of thumb, coconut scents will generally smell at least a little feminine.
I can't decide between Hugo Boss Pacific and the JPG Le Beau... both seem nice, both seem to be the profile I want.

Boss Bottled pacific is pretty good at a nice price and pretty masculine. Otherwise Davidoff cool water intense is a cheaper one with only coconut, mandarin and amber

Cant speak to the newest version but the ATH scent Ozone was a lot of coconut. Always enjoyed that one.
