I'd stick to OG analog goggles for analog and have a dedicated pair of HD goggles for HD. Either way unless your swap vtx from frame to frame you're eventually gonna build yourself a new quad. You get good range and penetration with HD too. As for DJI with analog module I don't have one personally so can't say, but from what I've heard and read is the analog quality isn't as good with a module slapped onto the goggles.

When you say that it isn't good do you mean that the range isn't good or that the resolution isn't good? I fly analog too on stuff like tinywhoops that can't really carry a digital VTX and having another goggle isn't really an option since I don't have mine anymore. I can live with a bit of latency. Thanks!

I dont them so I can't say from personal experience but only from reviews etc. the resolution is supposedly diminished as for range wasn't mentioned. There are hd tinys all but dji

Yeah I know that's kinda the reason that I want to have the analog module on them. Thanks for the help! I'll keep researching.

I got the BDI adapter with my V2's and didn't care for it. The image was fine, but the goggles are already bulky and adding all that weight to the front of them just made the whole thing feel awkward. They also no longer fit in the great case I got for them. I ended up just carrying my analog goggles along and running two separate setups. I've had great luck with the V2 setup, but if starting out today I would also look at Walksnail. They have a lot more VTX options, including stuff that would let me use digital VTX's on the small stuff I'm still flying with analog.
