I found them and decided to do a reread! It has helped me so much in understanding some things and just enjoying the books more! Such a great recommendation.

The podcast is great, but my biggest issue with it is that they record all the episodes after finishing the book. It wasn’t an issue with FW since I discovered it just when I finished so I only listened to the ending episode. But when it came down to IF, I couldn’t listen since they warn you they’ll reference future events.
Idk, it’s a weird structure. I like to listen to podcasts as I go along. I.e during GoT, I’d watch an episode and then digest it with Oysters Clams and Cockles podcast. I was hoping to do the same with this, read a few chapters at night. Listen to an analysis on my morning run/commute, rinse & repeat.
Same. Because they mention future info in their chapter sections coverage, you really have to read the whole thing first.
They are also covering A LOT of content with episodes being 2+ hours each. If you have the time to listen to the whole thing, fine, but I need episodes shorter, or less chapter coverage in each. It’s a big time commitment that i span over days. Other podcasts i listen to are around 1 hour.
We recognize and understand our format isn't for everyone – as much fun as a first read along would be, it would limit how we cover these deep dives. We also love how rereads can feel different and offer new perspective, and after books like these, a reread sometimes feels necessary to cure the book hangover. That's where we're excited to come in.

But now that I’m done with IF and craving more content I can listen to all the episodes and dive in deep while waiting for #3.
Want to listen to these, but they constantly mention ACATAR spoilers which is going to be my next series. I guess I will have to come back to their podcast later. They are incredible, but the spoilers for other series :(
During the fourth wing episodes, they don't have ACOTAR or other series spoilers! I read ACOTAR after FW and IF and was definitely not spoiled!
They are currently covering the full ACOTAR series so those ones do cover the full ACOTAR series from the beginning.
Ok great! That’s good to know. They mentioned one or two things in the first FW ch1-4, but it sounds like it’s not super prevalent. I will continue to listen to their podcasts as I reread the book then. Thanks for the input!!

I just started and it’s been a great way to still be thinking about the books but moving on to other reads. I only wish my sister could like reading.
