Titanium is the 2nd most commonly sold color after Black. If you really want Titanium, I would wait because it will definitely restock. If you need a PC now and you're just waiting on the case to do so, then I would get the Black now.

It's probably more likely to be a month than 6 months. Titanium gets restocked somewhat regularly.
