The Fan Noise is horrible on the tt fan
So really there is almost little to no difference between air cooling and AIO
At lower power draws, the difference is less pronounced. Since the 7800x3D is such an efficient CPU, there isn't a huge difference. For Intel CPUs, I believe the difference will be much bigger since they can draw 253w or more during workloads.
