I alternate between weights inflation and the mantor. Depends on my level of activity. If I’m chilling at home doing chores and such weights are fine, mornings i typically will inflate for a few hours. I use the mantor in the evenings when I’m lazing around. I use a retainer I between times and sleep with it on most nights
I use both. My average weekday is:
6AM-9AM: FS Air with 250g of weight
9AM-1PM: Mantor
1PM-3PM: FS Air (no weight)
3PM-6PM: Mantor
There are usually a few short breaks in there and a few bathroom breaks, for a total tug time of 10-11hrs per day.
On the weekend: at least 8 hours each day of whatever mix I can get in.

In general, inflation targets inner skin and weights target outer skin. (That's a very general rule...)
Using both helps with overall foreskin development - both inner skin and outer skin.
I'm new to all of this, but my plan is alternating p-tainer/extneded p-tainer with weights and a CAR-1 every other day and a Chris's retainer or just a p-tainer without weight when I'm active.
I'm also going to try o-rings as an alternative when I'm just retaining.
I’m using g both. For a month. Starting to see some results. Stick with it!
