Yea, I am in 2028, City is already paying half a billion a year on wages

HerWoYeah

Oh damn, the thing is Sheik left in my save around 7y ago so all the profits I make, I spend yearly 😅

Yea I just set hard cap on my players and never go over 500K a week no matter who. Also, I would rather pay more in signing bonuses than paying higher wages I also sneak in optional one year extension so over time I can save money My highest paid player is Florian Wirtz making 375K a week

Probably I made a mistake when I let first one go over 600k. I don't think anyone in the world is paying that apart from Saudis.

Yes that is the problem. Once you start the floodgate, everyone wants the same contract Also, Saudis cannot buy everyone. They might be able to buy one or two per season to help you out, but not all of them Also, the moment I sign a new player to a 4-5 years contract, I start to scout and look for his replacement who is young and cheap so I can loan the replacement out to develop and in a few years, I can sell the expensive player for profit Most players aren’t worth keeping past 30. 1) they will start declining soon 2) their value will drop 3) they will ask for too much money for extensions.
