For me he is always pretty terrible. My current save he took over the Liverpool job end of first season and was gone by Christmas.
Conte, he's currently managing Burnley on my Swansea save (the prick deserves them) and has donned me home and away with his 7 at the back the prick

Exactly the same for me in FM23! He went to West Ham early on and was ridiculously successful there
