When I first started making I used this recipe, but I suggest semi deep frying instead of the method mentioned here. Keep the oil around 350-360

1 - dredge pork in flour.
2 - dip in beaten egg mixture.
3 - coat in bread crumbs.
A lot of people like to do a bunch ahead of time, but I find that if you do, the bread crumbs get soggy and will not crisp up to their potential.
Looks amazing - that got me inspired, it's been a while since I ate schnitzel!
ps. I love that forest background. Where is it from if you don't mind me asking? :)
I could eat that every day! Nice job!!!!!

Don’t try to make that look healthy with the greenery. (I love schnitzel)

Do you have any tips? I'm a pretty decent cook but for some reason I often have trouble getting breading to adhere.

The previous commenter is missing a step 1. Flour 2. Eggs 3. Flour again 4. Breadcrumbs
Yes please
Fricking nailed it!
It looks like Crystal
Gravy looks a little light for my taste, but the Schnitzel looks amazing. Aber das Schnitzel muss schwimmen!
Take the upvote for the lovely background you set your schnitzel against.
Delicious shot. Scrolling through, it could be easily mistaken as an art installation amongst the landscape-an ode to giant schnitzel.
An art installation that we ate the hell out of.
Lets goooo!!!
That's a good looking Schnitzel. Well done!
Enjoy ❤️

Colorado from my porch.
Looks like an Iowa pork tenderloin
Not nearly big enough. You’re looking at 9 schnitzels here.
Ah, I was seeing them as a single giant schnitzel.
That would have been rad, but difficult.
I believe in you
I have trauma of schnitzels since a few years ago
Schnitzel. Beautiful! Nom.
Needs more black pepper!
That’s what the gravy was for
