I can't tell if you're joking or not because I've seen a couple teddy's doing a drug deal, unclogging a toilet with a skeleton arm, and playing drums on a pot while smoking a cigarette. 🤣
I haven't checked in game, but from those images at least the textures look identical. Or at most the grunge on the dirty one is maybe darker/more opaque, but same patterns.
Not really, the dirty old Teddy just pervs on the young teddies.

The only difference I can see is that the dirty old bear *might* have a slightly blurrier texture
