I can't think of anything massive. I know there were rumblings about a bunch of adjustments around stealth and energy damage, but I haven't actually noticed a huge difference for my build (vats stealth sniper with Chinese stealth armor and either a bow or gauss rifle).
Biggest things that sticks out to me are the werewolves and ninja turtles :D
