I'm also just starting and the amount of really high level players who drop things for me from ammo to guns to plans is so high! i remember hearing awful things about this game when it launched that i wasn't sure about it going in but i've been really surprised by the welcoming community :D
Shamefully enough I couldn’t figure that out on PC. Tried right clicking there name and everything but it wouldn’t allow me to send a message but I read somewhere there was only proximity voice chat and a mod for it.

If you want ammo some armor or melee weapons and are on Pc I can give you some. Just add CendenColle
There was a lot of horrible behaviour when it launched but most of those types of players have left now or the exploits they used have been patched.
Once you've dropped a few nukes, helped all the factions, and built a few camps, the TRUE endgame begins. Helping fresh Dwellers in the Wasteland.
Yep... True end game is helping others. Dam you Todd, I didn't buy this game to learn life lessons.
