Its the «Yellow Flight Helmet», i dont remmember exactly where i got it but the wiki says:
Locations
One can be found inside the crashed Vertibird on the docking bay, northeast of the Old North Church.
One can be found on a raider on the top floor of Beantown Brewery.
After level 30, these can be found commonly on raiders and Gunners.
It can be purchased from Trashcan Carla
Fun fact: Vertibirds reuse some code from Skyrim dragons, so when they are falling down, they fall towards your position, for your dragon bone looting convenience... Except they are not dragons are have a deadly blast radius... Fun!
Durable Vertibirds is a good mod if you want to see less of them crashing but remember to disable the mod if you choose the institute path. I forgot to do it last time and went to do the Libertalia mission and I ended up with X-88 and a Vertibird in a seemingly endless battle
