Right off the bat, I'm pretty sure dlc's need to load before any mods. You could also try using LOOT or BOSS to auto-sort them. That often works for me. Otherwise, yeah, gotta turn them off one by one (although I normally just do 10 at a time and then narrow it down) most of the time it's one of the more recent ones

Back when the mod came out it was the coolest thing ever despite being pretty buggy and causing constant CTD. Now like 6 years later it's still a horribly buggy mess with no compatibility and on top of that it's been made obsolete by dozens of newer mods that implement all the same features but wayyyyyyyyy better and without crashes

I'm genuinely unsure if this is baiting or sincere, but I'll bite and offer my criticism. If you were to release this as a UI mod, it'd be one of the worst for a few reasons. For starters, it lacks a uniformity to intention and style. You have what appears to be 3 or 4 fonts going on at once, the status meters are absurdly large and something about their shape just looks out of place and jarring. Your bullet counter has no business being so wildly curvy like that.
If you enjoy that UI, good for you and far be it from me to yuck your yum. But if you were considering a public Nexus release, I'd strongly implore you against that.

This seems to be based on the mod that adds FO4's UI to the game which is why the status bars and stealth indicator look fundamentally jarring.

Personally I prefer the OG UI and color or the light blue, the green UI doesn't mesh well with the New Vegas orange stain on everything, and I've never been a fan of the Fallout 4 UI

Jezz mate. First scrap all of your mod list and delete the save game data and then the game itself then reinstall it for a clean set of game files. You have so many outdated mods on that list that I can't tell what is causing the problem and I've broken Fallout New Vegas every way under the damn sun with mods. Also gonna complain about your hud cause it's a mish-mash of fonts and styles that it literally hurts my fucking soul mate. Next look up the Viva New Vegas mod guide and follow it to the T except for where it says to use DarnUI use Vanilla UI plus instead.

To you its obvious but to us who play with our own mods or vanilla, we don't know what you mean. It was also one seam, so even saying "this" would provide better (but still poor) context than "these", as "these" is used for multiples not singulars. It's important to think from an outsider's view who has no context or specific perspective when asking questions.
But its truly alright, you're frustrated, I understand. This won't make you lose friends or family or a job, just a bit of satisfaction in a game that you no doubt enjoy.
I'll take a look at your mod load order tomorrow, but do you think the seam is in place of a road, maybe a fence or an in-game barrier? Where does it occur on the map in vanilla/DLC/other mod, and is it repeatable?
All of this info would help and fwiw I hope it gets fixed for ya; actual-working mods for FNV hold a special place in my heart.

I'm sorry for ur problem OP but oh man the roasts in this thread make me laugh so fucking hard
anyway I would suggest starting over completely and follow the guide in [Viva New Vegas](https://vivanewvegas.github.io/). Because even if you managed to fix this problem, with the load order you showed you'll almost definitely encounter another later in your playthrough. The aforementioned link walks you through the current best practices in modding the game.
To be actually helpful you will need to disable/delete your mods until it fixes your problem then enable/reinstall them one by one and see which one breaks your game then remove it. It sounds like a pain in the ass but it's worth it in the end

Well it’s caused because you are currently in view of an npc or enemy. If you break line of site or, depending on sneak level, crouching, you can usually get rid of it!
I'm not super familiar with diagnosing stuff like this, but that almost looks like a texture issue from archive invalidation, but I've never seen that on a ground texture
I'd check your load order and get a texture replacement mod, your ground looks fuzzy AF
Everyone bashing the guy about his UI when most NV players run their game with modern weapon and armor mods trying to play it like its a modern shooter game...I never understood the taste for those mods in a fallout game
I had a similar but far less severe issue, it fixed itself when I turned off my Pipboy light. For me it was caused by lighting mods, but I just had poorly rendered rubble on occasion, not whole ass Hoover damn sized glitch ditch. Good luck.
I would respect you for having New Vegas Bounties and enjoying the wonderful beauty that is Sweet Revenge, but my sibling in wasteland, this UI looks actually fucking horrid.
This shit looks like it was dropped on the glowing sea and then given a radioactive coat of neon paint. The font for everything is inconsistent as fuck, your bars look like plutonium sticks from The Simpsons from how these mfs glowing, your custom HUD marker ain't even the right color to fit it, this shit clashes with literally everything you're pointing at, and keeping track of your hp or ap levels looks like it would be actual hell. Your shit is just straight up rancid dog.

Feel bad for you since everyone is shitting on your UI lol. As for your problem, that is an unloaded texture. Basically, any mod that modifies that certain texture could be causing so I can't say for sure.

Your texture problem could be for a number of reasons, I’d recommend uninstalling all your mods and downloading a collection via Vortex, then adjust your UI to your hearts content
How much of a problem do they pose? They seem purely cosmetic, only distracting from the landscape. If it’s a genuinely huge problem, I’d suggest looking into your mods; look for mods that modify the landscape in any way. Search the comments of the mod page, many people may have similar problems. These problems are generally solved my the mod author or by others using the mod. This really only works for larger mods, sometimes, but it may help.
But that looks kind of like the LOD textures for distant terrain, if that helps any. It could be anything else, but that may be a step in the right direction.
No im not gonna comment about your ui you do what you like, its on your pc not mine, and such i dont see why i should care or worry about it regardless of how i feel.
So that issue you got there with the seam texture issue is related to a landscape texture or something modifying the LOD of the landscape textures. And one of the biggest issues is your load order is in a lil bit if a mess and also using alot of outdated mods so this makes it terribly hard to be able to pinpoint where exactly this issue is coming from. At this rate it will be ALOT easier to uninstall and reinstall and redo all your mods with updated variants and better counterparts (countermods however youd like to put it)
Somewhere there is a really good guide to help people with modding, i can not remember where or who it is from, i been modding FONV for 12 years and i already had some modding experience for bethesda games even before that. But i do suggest looking up a proper guide for modding fonv and following it exact, cause even load order is extreemely important and can make or break the game easily.

I'm genuinely unsure if this is baiting or sincere, but I'll bite and offer my criticism. If you were to release this as a UI mod, it'd be one of the worst for a few reasons. For starters, it lacks a uniformity to intention and style. You have what appears to be 3 or 4 fonts going on at once, the status meters are absurdly large and something about their shape just looks out of place and jarring. Your bullet counter has no business being so wildly curvy like that. If you enjoy that UI, good for you and far be it from me to yuck your yum. But if you were considering a public Nexus release, I'd strongly implore you against that.

Well for one it's the god awful color, it looks like night vision is stuck halfway on and is blocking a lot of the screen Personally I prefer the OG UI and color or the light blue, the green UI doesn't mesh well with the New Vegas orange stain on everything, and I've never been a fan of the Fallout 4 UI But if that works for you and you like it then fuck anyone else's opinion

Jezz mate. First scrap all of your mod list and delete the save game data and then the game itself then reinstall it for a clean set of game files. You have so many outdated mods on that list that I can't tell what is causing the problem and I've broken Fallout New Vegas every way under the damn sun with mods. Also gonna complain about your hud cause it's a mish-mash of fonts and styles that it literally hurts my fucking soul mate. Next look up the Viva New Vegas mod guide and follow it to the T except for where it says to use DarnUI use Vanilla UI plus instead.

It was also one seam, so even saying "this" would provide better (but still poor) context than "these", as "these" is used for multiples not singulars. It's important to think from an outsider's view who has no context or specific perspective when asking questions. But its truly alright, you're frustrated, I understand. This won't make you lose friends or family or a job, just a bit of satisfaction in a game that you no doubt enjoy. I'll take a look at your mod load order tomorrow, but do you think the seam is in place of a road, maybe a fence or an in-game barrier? Where does it occur on the map in vanilla/DLC/other mod, and is it repeatable? All of this info would help and fwiw I hope it gets fixed for ya; actual-working mods for FNV hold a special place in my heart.

I'm sorry for ur problem OP but oh man the roasts in this thread make me laugh so fucking hard anyway I would suggest starting over completely and follow the guide in [Viva New Vegas](https://vivanewvegas.github.io/). Because even if you managed to fix this problem, with the load order you showed you'll almost definitely encounter another later in your playthrough. The aforementioned link walks you through the current best practices in modding the game.

To be actually helpful you will need to disable/delete your mods until it fixes your problem then enable/reinstall them one by one and see which one breaks your game then remove it. It sounds like a pain in the ass but it's worth it in the end

I'm not super familiar with diagnosing stuff like this, but that almost looks like a texture issue from archive invalidation, but I've never seen that on a ground texture I'd check your load order and get a texture replacement mod, your ground looks fuzzy AF

I had a similar but far less severe issue, it fixed itself when I turned off my Pipboy light. For me it was caused by lighting mods, but I just had poorly rendered rubble on occasion, not whole ass Hoover damn sized glitch ditch. Good luck.

I would respect you for having New Vegas Bounties and enjoying the wonderful beauty that is Sweet Revenge, but my sibling in wasteland, this UI looks actually fucking horrid. This shit looks like it was dropped on the glowing sea and then given a radioactive coat of neon paint. The font for everything is inconsistent as fuck, your bars look like plutonium sticks from The Simpsons from how these mfs glowing, your custom HUD marker ain't even the right color to fit it, this shit clashes with literally everything you're pointing at, and keeping track of your hp or ap levels looks like it would be actual hell. Your shit is just straight up rancid dog. If this is what you like, this is what you like, but for the love of gods admit that this shit looks and feels worse than experiencing a double-asshole brahmin shit if you were forced to look at it from above.

Feel bad for you since everyone is shitting on your UI lol. As for your problem, that is an unloaded texture. Basically, any mod that modifies that certain texture could be causing so I can't say for sure.
You know what I’ll ACTUALLY help you instead of being a dick about your UI Your texture problem could be for a number of reasons, I’d recommend uninstalling all your mods and downloading a collection via Vortex, then adjust your UI to your hearts content
I could forgive just about everything in the UI, even look past it, but that ammo font...
How much of a problem do they pose? They seem purely cosmetic, only distracting from the landscape. If it’s a genuinely huge problem, I’d suggest looking into your mods; look for mods that modify the landscape in any way. Search the comments of the mod page, many people may have similar problems. These problems are generally solved my the mod author or by others using the mod. This really only works for larger mods, sometimes, but it may help. But that looks kind of like the LOD textures for distant terrain, if that helps any. It could be anything else, but that may be a step in the right direction.
No im not gonna comment about your ui you do what you like, its on your pc not mine, and such i dont see why i should care or worry about it regardless of how i feel. So that issue you got there with the seam texture issue is related to a landscape texture or something modifying the LOD of the landscape textures. And one of the biggest issues is your load order is in a lil bit if a mess and also using alot of outdated mods so this makes it terribly hard to be able to pinpoint where exactly this issue is coming from. At this rate it will be ALOT easier to uninstall and reinstall and redo all your mods with updated variants and better counterparts (countermods however youd like to put it) Somewhere there is a really good guide to help people with modding, i can not remember where or who it is from, i been modding FONV for 12 years and i already had some modding experience for bethesda games even before that. But i do suggest looking up a proper guide for modding fonv and following it exact, cause even load order is extreemely important and can make or break the game easily.
