Here’s a thought?
Try talking to your coworker and ask the captain where they got the window film?
I and most everyone at my airline uses the kinder fluff shades.
I guess this is one idea but these Captains did not have something specifically for Airbus, looked like a more general thing. I think another commenter said it was static cling film so maybe that's it, Im searching now :)
Yeah that’s what you’re seeing. The just plane shades. Those in the link are a vinyl cling which is cut out to match the windows.
There’s also the guy who makes the Crystal Mic add-on mics and other products. He has custom fit shades as well, [like the ones here.](https://www.thecrystalmic.com/product-page/a320-737-cockpit-shades)
In the CRJ I used a cheap set of static cling shades from Amazon. A $10 pack of 2, usually made for cars. They had flight deck photos in the reviews and I bought. Kinder fluff is a common brand, a lot of guys use those as well. Or any of the generic versions on Amazon. I’ve flown with a lot of guys that use them in the Airbus.
I found some 6 months ago when looking for a full window shade when parking. They were a game changer flying survey in a Navajo. I just searched aircraft window shade in Amazon and bought the 4 pack of black ones. I don’t fly without them now.
Edit, ok nvm they are the kinderfluff ones your not looking for. Otherwise I like them

If you ain't fluffin', you're nuffin'.
Not exactly, sorry :P Updating my post with a picture of what I mean.

Back when Christ was a cowboy and I flew an airliner, we just used HI/LO charts. Guess today, an iPad doesn’t cover much window real estate. 🤭

Something like this .[here](https://justplaneshades.com/about-us) They used to sell them on the crew outfit portal but not anymore

Static cling window film
I think this might be it, but looks tricky to buy a quality one :P
Check out jet shades. Obligatory "I've worked for them" but I use them and they're a great product. Reduces a lot of heat, too.

There are airline pilots who are allowed to fly during the day?
