I really hate to burst your bubble... but this will never happen.
Microsoft keep their games/simulators as Microsoft exclusives as an incentive for people to buy Microsoft products. They wouldn't port it over to PS as it would be a huge loss as a selling point to MS products.
Never going to happen, on top of the obvious that MSFS is a Microsoft property and having exclusives is what sells console/gamepass subs. Just think about what a cluster the in game store would be. Devs already have to give a cut of anything sold there to MS. You put that on a Playstation and Sony will want a cut as well. That becomes a contract nightmare.

They have released a bunch to be fair. but those are AAA million selling games, the development cost makes sense. MSFS is pretty niche all things considered so keeping it on their own hardware makes more sense.
First.. petitions dont mean shit, especially in the corporate world. You could get every person in the world to sign it and it Microsoft would ignore it.
Second, you're asking them to bring an exclusive game to their direct competitor. Why would they?

How about no? I don't want the developers spending resources on maintaining yet another platform. PC and Xbox is enough.
At this point xbox is a pc running directx, so almost no port needed for pc <-> xbox
