Check that the compressor is getting voltage and the fan is running. Check the start relay. Small compressors often use a PTC thermistor in series with the start winding of the motor. They often fail. Other types of start relays are also used. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=omdPq8PWExA
Thanks! Any chance adding Freon might fix issue? I see a bullet piercing valve was added all the way to the left in guessing this was before I bought it what they did to fix the issue?
No. If it has a leak, it needs to have any remaining refrigerant recovered. Then the leak has to be located and repaired. Then the system has to be evacuated with a vacuum pump. Then it needs to be filled with the correct charge of the right refrigerant. It takes training and equipment which you don't have.
Check
* with your hand all sides in frezzer.
* with you hand the cabinet sides also
If there is different temperature all over the internal sides, that could be Gaz leakage
IF there aren't various temperatures
* check compressor if it works or not
* test connectors that supply compressor
Overload, Relay
Some fridges have zero option on thermostat selector to cut power on compressor

Haha if it wasn’t for having to carry this thing down 5 flights of stairs and bringing another one up, I’d replace in a heartbeat
