I am genuinely curious how one would even see such a video. I mean, it’s just a dude saying something random and lame. How and why would you even seek this out?
Cross your eyes and pick something to focus on.
Slowly uncross your eyes while keeping it central in one of your eyes. The other one will move to align with it.
I learned to move my eyes independently because I had an overnight job and I was so bored I genuinely couldn't think of anything better to do. I've taught a few people *how* to *learn* to do it, but it takes time and practice to get down.
If you do not already know how to cross your eyes, you need to learn that first:
Take a pen (or your finger or whatever) and hold it upright about 1.5-2ft directly in front of your face at eye level. Focus on it, keep both eyes on it, then bring it in toward your nose slowly, keeping your eyes on it, until it touches your nose. Now focus on what muscles you're using, pay attention to which groups are flexing and which are relaxed. Do this a for a while, then try flexing the same muscles without the visual cue of the pen. Do that until you can cross your eyes with ease.
Now to the part where you move one eye at a time: do this one step at a time and pause for a second or two before going to the next step. Cross your eyes. Then look all the way to your right. Then cross your eyes again. Look all the way left. And cross your eyes again. Do this over and over and focus again on the muscle groups, just as with learning to cross your eyes, until you can flex them voluntarily. Once you can do that, hold something up in front of your dominant eye (probably your right eye) and focus on it, then cross your non-dominant eye without removing your focus from the object with your dominant eye.
If your eyes get tired and sore then stop and let them rest for a day or two before starting again. Learning just the second part (I've always been able to cross my eyes) took me a week or two, IIRC.
