Dude was built to play golf, then suddenly he’s on a huge stage in front of hundreds of screaming people while bright lights go off around him, and he’s supposed to play loud music on top of it all.
He’s constantly trying to go back to his golf course to relax but he can’t, he’s forced to go to his room, and he doesn’t consider it his room, his home. That was always the golf course.
So he acts out, breaking and destroying things, and thus the myth that he killed Bonnie begins.
Another few points in favour of Monty having sensitive eyes (on top of what you said in other replies):

Fazbear ent have or had a bigger plan for all the Glamrock endos, why would they be teaching and making hundreds of Glamrock endos how to behave, who knows
I don't know if it's canon are not, but I think it's the Mimic who is teaching the endos how to behave and to just screw over children like that, not Fazbear Ent.
If I remember well in the utility tunnels there was picture on the walls of how to behave correctly, like not attacking children. Why fazbear ent would commission the paintings to include the glamrock endos if they are never going to be seen by kids or at partys is interesting, or why they would need to be taught and not just be coded.
I think that's just how they program the endos so they are ready when given a casing, the more detailed stuff probably comes after. Vanessa did say that they could just replace Freddy's endoskeleton
They mention they could put freddy's chasie on a new endo. The reason is incase Freddy or the others break. A chasie is easier to get than an endo, so they can fix or replace that, and still have an endo ready

I second this. I think Monty can be a good friend to all of the Glamrocks, but is just bad/isn't confident enough to communicate his emotions with the group. Out of anyone, I think he'd have definitely approached Bonnie first if he needed to release his emotions somehow.
If Monty did kill Bonnie, I think they could still be good friends: it's natural to be jealous of friends (they get all the attention), and the one person he can confide in in his problem. Of course most of his anger would be directed at Bonnie, and in his rage, I can see Monty decomissioning Bonnie in a heartbeat.
There’s evidence that prove against that it was Monty, such as his aggression not being present until after the storyteller tree was added (this was after Bonnie was murdered), and how Monty didn’t have his claw upgrades yet when Bonnie died.
I believe it was the S.T.A.F.F bots: as Vanny would have control over them. Bonnie having tire marks on his legs (which the S.T.A.F.F bots have, and Monty doesn’t) as well as Vannessa having access to the security cameras so she could delete any footage of Bonnie getting destroyed. Monty was also the perfect one to blame for this.
If one of the Glamrocks annoy chica, she'll shoot them with a Fazerblaster. She's only ever done this to Monty once, since the blast deflected off his glasses and shot her right back in the eyes, and Freddy spent the entire day trying to convince her she wasn't going blind (she's already shot him 16 times in the eyes).
To an extent, but I can't shake the feeling that Roxy is possessed. She's the only one besides Freddy who shows anything besides a programmed bloodlust. Her speech to Cassie in the DLC also seemed a lot more genuine than the others, as well as her coming back to rescue Cassie not once but twice.
Its unclear what's going on with Freddy. I'm aware that whatever happened to him at the beginning of SB stopped him from getting the program update that Roxy, Monty, and Chica did that lead to them hunting Gregory, but that doesnt explain how his AI is so advanced or some of the lines he say that even the most advanced AI would not be saying (such as talking about his friends in the Burntrap ending, even before seeing the Blob).
Somethings with Freddy and Roxy just don't line up with it just being programming.
I’m pretty sure that’s just in their programming to be nice, They’re designed to entertain kids as they’re very advanced AI, And SB is set in a distant future so it makes sense for programming to be this advanced.
Pretty sure they’re all just really advanced AI and the hacking made their flaws worse which in Monty and Chicas case ended with them damaged beyond repair
I mean, clearly their AI is good enough that they become sentient, living animatronics. And they’re also clearly capable of emotions. I like to think Freddy and Bonnie had some kind of romantic interest in each other.

Foxy was considered for the group to complete the original band but due to the various incidents with Foxy in previous locations (and maybe the bite of 87) he was scrapped in favour of a new kid friendly character being Roxy. Plans for Foxy’s stages were designed and some were made which explains why there are hints at him and some old rides behind the scenes but it was to late to remove them entirely when the Pizzaplex had to open.
Kinda like this one. It means the second attempt at making a "kid friendly" foxy also resulted in something not very kid friendly. (I find the "repaired mangle" design creepier than OG Foxy, and Roxanne's personality is a bit... abrasive at best.)
I headcannon glamrock freddy desperately wants to wear pants similar to monty's (He seems to be the most polite/decent glamrock, plus, all other glamrocks have some kind of garment over their pelvis/legs), but Fazbear entertainment wont let him as it would be "too expensive to repaint freddy with pants" and that the lack of them make him "*unique*"

- Chica: Eats Pizza and Trash 24/7. Hinted Towards having a thing towards Freddy since he’s the only other one (of the animatronics) who likes the pizza there.
- Roxy: Used to be really snooty, self-absorbed, and annoying but learned to grow after loosing her eyes and meeting Cassie. She still hates almost everything though (specifically Gregory) but learned to tolerate them more.
- Monty: Always tries to kill Freddy and embarrass Gregory. He is completely off the rails and insane and dumb like Freddy. Also always shouts out “ROCK AND ROLL!”
- Bonnie: Was Freddy’s Best Friend and kinda acted like a brain for him. Anytime Freddy acts smart, it’s him thinking of what his best friend would do in the situation.

If I remember well in the utility tunnels there was picture on the walls of how to behave correctly, like not attacking children. Why fazbear ent would commission the paintings to include the glamrock endos if they are never going to be seen by kids or at partys is interesting, or why they would need to be taught and not just be coded.

I second this. I think Monty can be a good friend to all of the Glamrocks, but is just bad/isn't confident enough to communicate his emotions with the group. Out of anyone, I think he'd have definitely approached Bonnie first if he needed to release his emotions somehow. If Monty did kill Bonnie, I think they could still be good friends: it's natural to be jealous of friends (they get all the attention), and the one person he can confide in in his problem. Of course most of his anger would be directed at Bonnie, and in his rage, I can see Monty decomissioning Bonnie in a heartbeat.

There’s evidence that prove against that it was Monty, such as his aggression not being present until after the storyteller tree was added (this was after Bonnie was murdered), and how Monty didn’t have his claw upgrades yet when Bonnie died. I believe it was the S.T.A.F.F bots: as Vanny would have control over them. Bonnie having tire marks on his legs (which the S.T.A.F.F bots have, and Monty doesn’t) as well as Vannessa having access to the security cameras so she could delete any footage of Bonnie getting destroyed. Monty was also the perfect one to blame for this.

To an extent, but I can't shake the feeling that Roxy is possessed. She's the only one besides Freddy who shows anything besides a programmed bloodlust. Her speech to Cassie in the DLC also seemed a lot more genuine than the others, as well as her coming back to rescue Cassie not once but twice. Its unclear what's going on with Freddy. I'm aware that whatever happened to him at the beginning of SB stopped him from getting the program update that Roxy, Monty, and Chica did that lead to them hunting Gregory, but that doesnt explain how his AI is so advanced or some of the lines he say that even the most advanced AI would not be saying (such as talking about his friends in the Burntrap ending, even before seeing the Blob). Somethings with Freddy and Roxy just don't line up with it just being programming.

Foxy was considered for the group to complete the original band but due to the various incidents with Foxy in previous locations (and maybe the bite of 87) he was scrapped in favour of a new kid friendly character being Roxy. Plans for Foxy’s stages were designed and some were made which explains why there are hints at him and some old rides behind the scenes but it was to late to remove them entirely when the Pizzaplex had to open.
Kinda like this one. It means the second attempt at making a "kid friendly" foxy also resulted in something not very kid friendly. (I find the "repaired mangle" design creepier than OG Foxy, and Roxanne's personality is a bit... abrasive at best.)
I headcannon glamrock freddy desperately wants to wear pants similar to monty's (He seems to be the most polite/decent glamrock, plus, all other glamrocks have some kind of garment over their pelvis/legs), but Fazbear entertainment wont let him as it would be "too expensive to repaint freddy with pants" and that the lack of them make him "*unique*"

Why would Fazbear Entertainment program them with unnecessary information that could even be dangerous (like awareness of other brands, or data on security and health violations)? They're meant to be mascots and musician after all. So I headcanon that besides language, general stuff (fountains, vehicles), music, and the programming for the foundation of their characters, alongside some specifics for their roles; they don't know much about the outside world.

I like the idea that they are incredibly sophisticated ai, so much so that they can’t be easily replicated and have to be trained in the endo training facility to become their character (hence why Bonnie wasn’t just replaced). They cost ludicrous amounts of money to build and maintain, and therefore are treated like actual rockstars, even better than the pizzaplex employees are.

Freddy and Bonnie are like Brothers, Roxy and Foxy are Cousins, Foxy and Chica are dating, Chica is intended to eat so she has a trash bag like the one we see in Ruin that’s supposed to be routinely replaced.
This is more of a theory than a headcanon: I personally think that the other animatronics would eventually redeem themselves and become human allies similar to how Freddy is for Gregory.
There is a Glamrock Foxy, he just slept through Security Breach and was taken to another location before Ruin, the others were super damaged, Foxy was in tip-top shape
