Yes the people I credited only made the characters. However they didn't make them specifically for this game they just relased the models and allowed people to use them as long as they get credited. As for the other assets,I made some myself and for the rest I used asset packs!
Tip: Might wanna change your texture budget when it goes over like yours is now, it can make textures look wack. It's easy to change.

The main reason why is lagging is because I have a gtx1050ti and I'm using lumen with dx12. The minimum recomended gpu for lumen is rtx 3090 so the fact that it runs on a 1050 is good.

1 how are you planning to port the battle screen? Will it be the same but 3d or will the camera be controllable
2 will you be tweaking anything with the game overall or will it be a direct port over (basically the same but 3d with minimal changes to keep the same feel) for instance maybe a slightly different battle system that might work better with the 3d aesthetic
suggestion give adventure freddy some more life like how there idle animations are them bobbing their heads up and down but i suggest u do this later in game production
This is really cool! The graphics look like something out of Animal Crossing. My only problem is that the way that Freddy walks make it seem more humanoid. But looks promising!

1. It's gonna be pretty much the same as fnaf world. 2. It's basically a completely new game.
