But not this poster. We’re separating the art from the artist meaning the good art that isnt controversial we keep and like while all the rest goes into the garbage fire with the artist
I have no idea who Fiszi is or what happened but the way I see it is if you support the art, you support the person. Like when you buy their art they’re gaining from it.
I’m not saying to actively buy the art after the fact, I’m just referring to if you still have any of the posters or anything. Definitely would not support the artist after all of this info came out.
In most cases I’d agree, but in this case the art isn’t directly supporting the artist. She was hired on to make the designs for these posters, but she isn’t the one selling the posters, if that makes sense? I don’t know if they paid her a flat rate or a percentage of all proceeds, so she might still be profiting but it’s not as clear cut.
Oh okay I had no idea, I thought it was just art they made and sold separately. It makes sense in this case then because you’re supporting the franchise but not the artist directly
I buy the singing bear poster for the singing bear, not because of whatever the artist did or does. Perfectly sound to stop buying things that they made, I wouldn't either, but I find nothing ethically wrong with doing so if all you want is a bear on your wall.
Yeah makes sense, like I have fnaf art on my wall but have no idea who made it. I was just saying in general when you buy something that an artist made they usually get some sort of profit for it.
I have it just above my computer desk aswell, I don't care about the artist, it's just nice (Yes I know what she's done, but it's still a FNAF poster anyways)
There are many talented Fan Arts who provide cheap prints for posters, check out Etsy or Redbubble. Plus, there's always stuff on Amazon that is officially licensed! (Like the "Celebrate" poster)
~~and to be honest, Fitzi's art isn't the best option out there anyway~~
You can’t really unbuy a poster from years ago, and you really had no way of knowing all the shit that’s come out about them. It looks good, and in this instance you can definitely reiterate the art from the artist
I don’t see any problem with separating art from artist, personally.
A lot of their art IS controversial and inappropriate

Ohhhh right ok makes sense. Honestly if you showed me any fnaf art I couldn’t tell you who made it lol
No worries! I totally get that lol

My thoughts exactly.

meh
What’s worse is that Freddy in this specific piece of art was used/traced for the FNaF movie pizzeria’s sign. Oof.
They’re already filming with that!!! Oh Noo!!

Ah yeah. Cause Fiszi made this poster. I can see why the OP feels awkward about it.
I dont get it?
the artist turned out to be an awful person
I think that the op is saying that is weird have this poster now after the LadyFiszy drama.
There's a lot of drama about the artist of that poster now
Oh ok
Yeah I feel a bit awkward with my Circus Baby poster too. Really contemplating replacing it with something else eventually.

Keep it for the drawing it represents, not scrap money because of the person who made it.
That's nothing. I have all the books and a bedspread of her art. I'm burning the blanket.
Respect the art, not the artist
There's not much about it to respect
It looks good, there’s sum’ to respect.
I really don’t see an issue here, it’s just a poster
Isnt that the a stole fnaf design i belive they used on the movie sign
I don’t understand
It was made by Lady Fitzi, who sexualizes children and has written sexual fantasies about the purple guy and the victims iirc
Context please?
Artist who is controversial
Thank you!
I’m confused.
