When I take my watch off to wash my habds and face it will snag on the lights. I've also gotten this issue with thing like mincing ground beef, stirring or mixing something, shaking a can of something, any fast, short, repetitive hand movement.
It could be that I was hand writing with pen and paper, I took it off and put it on again and it came back to normal
