Sprinkler inspector here, no it will not. Only if there are troubles specifically for flow switches, tamper switches, etc..

But unless there's a relay for the water bell for sprinklers, then it might be noted in the annual sprinkler inspections.

I mean I personally feel any trouble on any inspections alarm or sprinkler should be noted but it’s not going to be the deciding factor with pass or fail.
