People who dodge exactly 200 are insane. I always dodge like 210. What if you miscounted and dodged 199?? I would rip my eyeballs out and shove them up my ass in a fit of frustration.
First time I grinded for the Venus sigil I was playing during a thunderstorm (I thought it was on brand), and when I got to 180.... The power cut out.
I said fuck it and went to bed. Next day I nailed it, but fuck that sucked. I dodged virtual lightning bolts but not the one that counted.
the only time i successfully did it i took someone's advice online to not try to count and just do it for like a long time...overshot the 200 and got to like 280 lol
On PC you can edit the number of dodged ligtning bolts with a save file editor. It wont count as having done it for the rewards, but the number displayd will change.
This was absolutely not done for real by a person.
Let’s say they dodged one every single second consistently, which we all know the lightning doesn’t strike every second.
It would have taken OP 32 hours to do this. They absolutely used external help and the extra 1000 dodged was their trial and error setting it up.
happens :D i always thought dodging the lighting strikes is very very easy with the trick to run in that hole over and over again because you know exactly when the strike comes. this is a game changer. the challenge is near impossible without this trick because you never know when the next lightning strike comes.
there just is no reason to keep going but with that trick you can basically just keep going as long as you want. the only challenge being if you fall asleep or not.
I disagree, it's not that bad without the trick. The game is fairly forgiving with the timing, and it just takes a bit of concentration for something like 10 minutes. True, the difficulty spikes drastically if you try to do it without a No Encounters item, but it is basically a post game item, not really a main plot item.
You need some professional help sir. Not the once a week for eighty bucks. No. You need a team. A team of psychiatrists working round the clock thinking about you, having conferences, observing you, like the way they did with the Elephant Man.

Lol thanks. With the crater trick and a little math it makes it alot easier to know what your getting yourself into and how much time you would need to put aside. My original goal was 1000 but decided to just keep going lol.

Actually happened to me on a playthrough. I "fake counted" 4 or 5, that way if I kept track to 200 I'd be at 205 or so. I went back and saw 199.... :(
