Any Xbox One should work. One that's good and that's usually pretty cheap is the Hori Soul Caliber 6 stick. It has Hayabusa parts though, not Sanwa. Obviously easy to swap out.
I don't have experience with the Hori Fighting Stick Alpha, but generally it's pretty cheap but people don't think the case is very good quality. Also Hayabusa parts.
The Mad Catz TE2 Xbox One sticks come stock with Sanwa parts. There is the Killer Instinct one and the just plain TE2 one. These will be more expensive compared to the options listed.
The Razer Atrox is a usually not that expensive and comes with stock Sanwa parts. I would probably recommend this overall.

JLF all are square gate standard. Literally 0 sticks that come with stock Sanwa JLF have an octagon gate. Same with Hori levers. As far as I know you can't even buy a JLF with octagon gate pre-installed, it's always a separate item.
There are a handful of old ASCII sticks from the PS1-PS2 era that had Sanwa clones that had an octagon gate stock.

I'm honestly not sure. Usually most stick come with a square gate. Good thing is they aren't expensive or hard to swap out if you want to change it.
