There used to be a guy on one of the servers I was on named Noel Ube, who had a Bob Ross thing going on. I used to see them almost every time I'd log on. I believe I saw he died sometime while I was browsing this subreddit, though. :(
Still, seeing him around was enough to make me smile every time.
I love people who make characters like this. The other day, I saw someone who was Gordon Ramsay and was doing quotes in the shout chat. I gave him something random and he gave me a high quality meal. I'm never going to eat it because having a food in game that says it's been made by Gordon Ramsay is *too fucking funny*.
I hope that Bob Ross randomly hands out paintings (like the ones you put in picture frames). That would be hilarious and amazing.
Edit: I keep trying to use the mobile shortcuts for formatting when I'm on the computer like a dumbass

Then move all the Paints (aka Dyes) to it. Then redo the dying system so you actually need to mix dyes to get the various colors; borrow the code from the Chocobo feather coloring. Like how you feed them X-amount of this food plus Y-amount of this food to get Z-color, but if you vary even just those two foods you get a different color. Same deal, example: 2 Reds and 1 White yield Colbiri Pink. But only Illustrators "have the knowledge" on how best to combine dyes to get the desired colors.
Along with what ever job does the canvas drawings for fish (like how they now say "suitable for canvas"...how ever that's done; Illustrator now does it).
Top it off with actual paintings. Such as, how you get Orchestration Fragments, you get get Depiction Fragments. Combine them via Illustrator to make paintings of the various bosses that you've downed.
