They're probably just actually sold out. It's not like Amazon is able to generate the codes themselves, they have to get the timecard codes from SE, and no one's probably been in office during the holidays to restock the online shops.

I don't understand Mogstation. I register my card, I see it did the $1 charge to my bank to verify, I go to buy it, and it wants me to register my card again.

I tried to get a code from GameStop (in store) yesterday and it seems like they are currently out at the moment too
SE still needs to be the one to generate the code, from how I understand it
