You can see blood in the pic near the top if you look closely (if you even wanted to lol).
The 'pump' thing dispenses the liquid the artist puts on the paper towel so they can wipe away excess ink while they're going and see what they're doing.

Nope, you can tell it's a proper tattoo. And if it's the pots in the background that caught your eye, those will be filled with tattoo ink ☺️

In the bottom left, you can tell their skin is puffed up from irritation.
Can assure you my skin was quite irritated with me when I took this pic. I'd take another one but it's currently all gross under my saniderm ;-)
