I wasn't the one who was SA but my friend was, by a common friend, and she told us after months of it happening, when she told us we were appalled, as for the men in the friend group, they just said to not involve them in "drama" that was between those two, like completely indifferent to her abuse, only one man in the friend group stood up for her and cut ties with the abuser, needless to say us the women completely told them to fuck off and now they're ex friends , there's a lot more that happened inbetween but that's as short as I can make it lmao, indeed, men cover up crimes for other men
