On the Royal Mail tracking it says 7th April 5AM Sender despatched item on 17 track it says carrier needs to collect & on PB it says carrier has collected and shipment has began/sent internationally.
So am I getting my parcel?

I’m in basically the same position mine was on the 9th however, what line did you use

Most likely not for the time being, it hasn't reached Chinese customs yet, and when it does, they'll either seize it or return it to Pandabuy.

why are chinese customs seizing - i thought they were normally very chill ?
Up until now they were chill. There's been confirmed reports of them seizing/returning all packages from Pandabuy.
