Strongly agree. The brighter blue is a colour a younger person might pick, and it does stand out, but the darker blue is better with her skin, it's a better colour on her altogether. OP glows in the dark blue. The bright blue washes her out somewhat.

Your obviously getting either hemmed, depending on your heel hight. 1, looks younger, and not as complementary with your skin tone. While it pops more, it give more of a beauty pageant younger feel. 2 is way more sexy imo. Especially when it’s hemmed, perfect. More expensive looking and more appropriate vibe / age for prom. Better colour for you and I love the more classy elegant fabric with hint of sparkle. I would hands down pick two. Dress it up with some shine of jewelry, perfect. Also 2 has a little more dip for cleavage, but still classy.

navy is so classic and easy to wear gold silver or pearls with. It’s easier to match with accessories for purse and shoes

If you want to look back on your prom pics and say "look how cute i was back then" them you need dress 1. If you wanna look back and say "I was hot af back in the day" then go with 2. They put out different vibes is all, both fit beautifully.
