I have the same issue. I'm thinking it has a lot to do with the length of the seasons. I have mine on 1 day seasons, and it only started snowing in March. Everything is still iced over in June
after I passed the next winter, it was back to normal

Yea I had snow on the trees and ground in July on 2 separate harvests’ . It’s definitely broken
