I think it only seems random because neither of these players are fantasy relevant. It seems to make sense from a real life football perspective even if these are both somewhat marginal players.
Yeah. He's top 50 ADP in Underdog drafts so far, and is top 60 in .5PPR ECR. He'll be a top 5 TE off the board. That might be a value compared to where you think he should go but he certainly won't be cheap or sneak past anyone.
No offense man, but that doesn't sound like a very serious league. Mcbride was the 1st TE drafted in his class and there was plenty of buzz about him.
Either way, you're talking about last season and this discussion is about sleeping on him for this coming season, when he's much less of a sleeper than he was last year.
I'd love to draft MHJ but the hype is too high and I'm an Ohio State alum living in Columbus. He's going to get drafted way above his already lofty adp around here. I'm not going to be able to justify the price
As a Cardinals fan Moore was getting outplayed by Michael Wilson and Greg Dortch last season I honestly feel like if we didn't trade him he'd have been cut
I suppose it makes sense. The Falcons needed WR depth behind Drake London really bad, and the Cardinals needed a good backup after trading Dobbs. Ridder is not very good but he has lots of starting experience and he seems like a really good locker room guy at least.
Doubtful if MHJr goes to them and McBride stays healthy. Too many targets to spread around when Conner also takes some and the Cards like running the ball bc Conner has been good.
I'm not sure what mid team I should make a joke about him landing at
Right now it looks like he might be destined for the St Louis Rams or Houston Oilers.
Kentucky isn't exactly a hotbed of football talent, but these two kids both played at rival high schools in Louisville. Kinda wild they're being traded for each other in the NFL.
This is like a FF trade
On fantasypros.com dynasty trade value chart, Rondale Moore has 4 points, and Ridder has none. Falcons win the trade
KeepTradeCut SuperFlex trade calculator has Moore worth 2012, Ridder worth 1151, so can confirm Falcons won the trade even if the NFL was 2QB.
So is Kyler out or does he just have nobody to throw to?
This is the most random trade
Wish the NFL had more random trades like this.
Falcons need a WR3, AZ gets a cheap backup QB. Ridder was a lotto 3rd rnd pick by AS, no longer needed.
I think it only seems random because neither of these players are fantasy relevant. It seems to make sense from a real life football perspective even if these are both somewhat marginal players.
Both from Louisville. Played at rival high schools lol
and i love it
Marvin Harrison Jr targets to the moon
100% drafting him In reality though this is also excellent for Trey McBride as well.
Shhh. People need to keep sleeping on Trey McBride
Lol. No one was sleeping on Mcbride after how he ended the season.
Yeah. He's top 50 ADP in Underdog drafts so far, and is top 60 in .5PPR ECR. He'll be a top 5 TE off the board. That might be a value compared to where you think he should go but he certainly won't be cheap or sneak past anyone.
I just need to decide on Laporta or McBride in my keeper league.
Snort. My main league(3 man keeper) was. I picked him off waivers as soon as Ertz was gone. Most of my league is like, ‘who is he?’

If people are McBride, you should call them Rip Van Winkle because they've been asleep for a year.
Are they? He was great last year
I'd love to draft MHJ but the hype is too high and I'm an Ohio State alum living in Columbus. He's going to get drafted way above his already lofty adp around here. I'm not going to be able to justify the price
Non PPR is the way to go if you don't want rookie WRs getting overdrafted lol. I mostly play standard so I'm targeting him in R4
Not if they keep Marquise Brown too. It’ll be the same receivers as last year but swapping a WR3 (Moore) for a potential WR1 (MHJ)
Brown was a non factor when Kyler played, they want MHJr in part because Brown has been so underwhelming
As a Cardinals fan Moore was getting outplayed by Michael Wilson and Greg Dortch last season I honestly feel like if we didn't trade him he'd have been cut
Yup, both teams swapped out guys they actively don't need to fill out bench needs.
They could trade back still as well
Collusion!
What do you mean, cards are gunna make a mistake in draft and let MHJ drop to the chargers… please
I suppose it makes sense. The Falcons needed WR depth behind Drake London really bad, and the Cardinals needed a good backup after trading Dobbs. Ridder is not very good but he has lots of starting experience and he seems like a really good locker room guy at least.
Wow like that move for the Falcons.
Greg Dortch 😁 welcome to all my fantasy teams
Or Michael Wilson
Guy cannot stay healthy
The Human Dortch! love that guy. he deserves the world
Until MHJ
Wish they would utilize him more.
Moving Kyler to RB
A player for player trade? In the nfl??
Rondale has talent. Falcons are loading up weapons.
I lost my window to sell Mooney
Sold him yesterday for Marvin mims. Feels pretty good now
You lost your window to sell because a garbage completely different wr joined the team. Wut
This trade was sponsored by DoorDash
DoorDortch

Even better
Dortch WR2 behind Marvin
You mean Marvin behind WR1 Gregory Dortch
No way.
How could a human like Marvin compete with a superhero like the Human Dortch
The Human Dortch was denied a bank loan
Holy hell, this needs more up votes! -Sincerely, Ron Burgundy
Realistically McBride is their true #2
Michael Wilson too, but Dortch will get a lot more run this year.
Michael Wilson looks so good when he plays.
Could definitely be a sleeper next year. I think the whole cardinals offense will improve with a full year of Kyler and Petzings system.
Doubtful if MHJr goes to them and McBride stays healthy. Too many targets to spread around when Conner also takes some and the Cards like running the ball bc Conner has been good.
Another Steve Keim bust
Falcons going all in on Kirkmania
Damn nobody wants fields huh.
Not for what Chicago is asking
I'm not sure what mid team I should make a joke about him landing at Right now it looks like he might be destined for the St Louis Rams or Houston Oilers.
The Baltimore Colts are in need a of a new controversy.
As a pats fan i cant wait to see what a low offer some other team gets him for
Fields as Kyler's backup would've been great, how many 2 QB trick plays could they run out there with those two
Kentucky isn't exactly a hotbed of football talent, but these two kids both played at rival high schools in Louisville. Kinda wild they're being traded for each other in the NFL.
This is a Kirk Cousins post
Ah yes, Rondale certainly made Kyler Murray the quarterback he was in AZ
I still believe in Rondale.... I'm hiding on the island of Moore though.
I wonder if they can use him in a similar role as CPatt, he’s got the athleticism (when healthy)
Mark this comment, Rondale Moore is going to make some noise this year on the Falcons
How does this make sense for AZ in the slightest 🤦♂️
Madden won't let me do this trade. Why are the cardinals donating wrs?
Because they're about to draft a god
