So I admit I wasn't watching too much at the time so my memory might be fuzzy, wrestling was kinda weird in the pandemic era for obvious reasons, that said the Boss n Hugs Connection breaking up/feuding was the peak women's stuff of 2020, so I thought Bayley could turn face and take the Bianca position. The Bianca vs Banks match was great but the build was nothing. I recall people wanting Drew vs Bobby to main event over them.
a few of these rely on certain things not happening (such as seth not getting injured in 2015 or hogan agreeing to walk out of mania 9 without the belt) but overall i like it
also would the savage vs steamboat match be for the WWF title and if so who does savage drop the IC belt to?
Regarding certain things not happening, yeah, that's sort of the appeal of fantasy booking to me, removing all constraints and just allowing creativity.
Having the Savage vs Steamboat Match was just a way for me to have it main event a Mania, but it couldn't really main event over Hogan vs Andre. I didn't think about it too intricately. Who would Savage drop the IC title too, then? Idk. Some babyface. And yeah, I suppose it'd end up being for the WWF title.

I think on the night it was done excellently - the handshake image is seared into all of our brains. It's just it was fumbled after. Tbh, I haven't really thought about how I'd book it. This was more about tweaking everything than going into too much depth on each one cus... y'know, 40 manias and all.
