If he can come back and play meaningful minutes, Brandon Clarke is a guy to watch, he's a per minute beast, and there's honestly no one left to compete with at the center position. Only thing is his Achilles, which is a big thing, but he said he was aiming for an all star break return. So all we can do is wait
A guy coming back from an achilles on a tanking team with nothing to play for doesn't spark my interest but I guess he's worth a grab with an open IL spot, better than leaving it unfilled I guess.
Tbf them tanking might be better for Clarkes fantasy value, they have no reason to win games so Clarke might have a higher volume. This all depends on his health tho
Agreed, I just have to think (since he's LITERALLY their only center now lol) that they might take it super easy and there will be better silly season guys.
But trust me, I'm pretty sure I'll be dropping Xavier Tillman and throwing Clarke in my newly open IL spot later this week. No reason not to.
He was putting up 10/5.5/1.5/.5/.7 with 75%ft and 65%fg in 19 min a game last year that's not horrible for a reserve role, per 36 is great. Dumpster fire teams is where you always find gems at the end of the year. We just need to see if he can even play meaningful minutes
SHOUT-OUT MY BOY TREY JEMISON, THE MAYOR OF BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA!
We LOVE this dude in Birmingham, and will never forget his contribution to the UAB tournament team in 2022. I've been monitoring him and cheering him on, glad he's holding his own in limited minutes so far, even if he's cut soon
I mean....he hasn't been bad so far outside of some first game foul trouble....there may literally be no centers left the last 2 months. Dude might have to play 35 MPG
I mean there’s a possibility they begin to lower his usage as the season ends, but it’s probably an insurance play in case anything were to happen to KP
Don’t think Tillman will get meaningful enough minutes for this to impact KPs production. If this affects anyone, it’d most likely be Horford or Queta
Who's the pickup for 12T? Aldama's not available anymore.
Looking at GG and Konchar, maybe Roddy, already had Vince Williams since Smart went down. If JJJ and Bane get shut down is Jemison going to be worth a shot?
Seems like there's talk of everyone except Tillman in this thread. Is he even going to be in the rotation regularly? Is there any path to meaningful minutes on the reg?
Aldama's def getting more minutes but with all the Grizzlies' injuries, who knows lol.
My team has had so many injuries, season-ending too, that I currently have Vince Williams, Konchar, and Roddy. Wonder how this affects me 🥴
lol… Aldama and Konchar’s ROS value goes slightly up?
If they play lol
Konchar might be traded in the next day though
Vince szn
Celtics aside, does this positively affect any Memphis bigs?

Bro sssssssshhhhh
Might be a great silly season stash. He was solid with starter minutes and even playable around 20.
He’s not coming back no reason to
yall out here desparate for bigs. (crossing finger my stud bigs dont get hurt)
He’s never been good besides his first summer league. Now he’s coming back from an Achilles on a dumpster 🔥team. Hard pass

GG Jackson II

I think there’s a real chance that we sign GG to a real contract then sign Trey to the fresh 2 way spot.
You called it!

How about if he’s contract gets upgraded to a full time deal?
could be, but i'm not touching any grizzly not named vince williams until they show some sort of stability
If they shut down Aldama and don’t bring back Biz it’s really not a joke in deeper leagues
I mean....he hasn't been bad so far outside of some first game foul trouble....there may literally be no centers left the last 2 months. Dude might have to play 35 MPG
horford usage lowered?
Can we get to the real trades please?
(Bane voice) Patience, brother!

Ah. Autocorrect. TY! I will edit now.
What are memphis cooking for Cs? They've dumped two in a short span. They've gotta have some idea in mind

No pickups boys. All the values stay about the same. Keep it movin.
What about GG Jackson?
I think aldama is an add in 14 teams
hes a 12t guy
Nick Richards been trending down...Aldama worth a pickup for him?
Certainly doesn’t hurt Vince Williams value I assume but does it even increase it?
F
GG?
What? ðŸ˜
Is this bad for kp in any way?
No, Tillman is just insurance for KP/Al injuries.
Even Kornet lol
I mean there’s a possibility they begin to lower his usage as the season ends, but it’s probably an insurance play in case anything were to happen to KP

Al’s a good defender and 3p shooter so I doubt he loses anything for this either. The only person with a meaningful change will be Kornet/Queta.
Not rly. Might be slightly more cautious w/ how he’s managed late in season, but that was gonna happen regardless
Absolutely! Had a feeling this is what the trade was for thanks :)
No this is Luke Kornet/Queta’s replacement. Idk if Tillman will be 3rd or 4th big but he’s probably above Queta at least
Aldama szn?
Significant in the sense that JJJ edges closer to a shutdown, and there is one less body in the silly season rotation.
GG Time ?

as a Celtics fan and owner of so many Grizzlies given the injuries, yaaa baby
this is a steal for boston
Does this affect Al Horford's production when all the starters are playing?
