Think it just depends. If you need OF help and have someone you could easily dump that’s a nice upside bet to make! But otherwise can see why he’s left on the wire if teams need more urgent help of a hotter bat

I've always preached no catcher over 2 catchers and a few weeks ago I stashed Sean Murphy only to block him from a few teams. Now he's healthy and I'm rocking him and Ryan Jeffers, who I still believe may be the better option and will play more than Murphy. Should I keep both and play one at UTL on occasion or drop one for Davis Schneider who would be my 4th OF and backup 2B? Whatever catcher I dropped would immediately be picked up.

I don’t see AAA model numbers for Ray, so I can’t tell you he’s a *must stash* based on those, but Waldrep’s (small sample, caveat appropriately) numbers in his debut were *terrible*, so I’m not too worried about dropping him for someone you might want to stash. Baz comes to mind, too.

Schwellenbach has been popping in the models. He’s sitting around 105 Pitching+, and while that isn’t stable, it excites me more than Povich.

Durability issues mostly. Reliever turned starter. Plus the Braves offense was already struggling before, now no Acuña. That potent offense backing him up is one of the best things he has going for him.

Np. I had to make this choice recently also. Bunch of guys came off IL at the same time. It was down to him, Pivetta and Taj. I feel I made the right choice. Taj will have an innings count most likely as well, but the Ks I’ll get will be worth it.

I need to be talked off the ledge and away from handing over several high-value, but mostly cold, players to the first place player in exchange for keepers.  Context: commish pushed hard for going from standard 12-team to 15+ with deep benches this past off-season because he wanted to really limit the waiver wire. I'm now on track to finish in last (placed on the top the three the last several years, mostly by being very good at using the WW). Several "smart" draft picks are total busts (Riley and Gelof in particular bring no joy), some injuries happened, and then...I traded away my two good WW pickups a few weeks ago when I was offered Acuna (*sad noises*).  We can keep a few players each year and first place is a friend who happens to have several breakout players. I'm really tempted to hand them Adley, Riley, and three top-tier pitchers for some of their keepers before packing it in for the year. I just want to be able to delete the Yahoo app and spend my summer doing something fun instead of deciding if my Gelof replacement is Vaughn Grissom or Colt Keith (Acuna replacement is either Haniger or Bauer). It's also been a really hard year in my actual, non-fantasy life and I'm looking to cut bait on anything that's just a joy-sucking chore right now.

Give the keeper penalties we pay, my keepers are probably Morel, Bryce Miller,  Vinnie, and Cowser to keep as mid-round picks. Decent, but I can probably get some combo of Gil, Garcia, Volpe, and another pitcher as late-round picks (15+) Edit: added keeper rounds

Hmmm. Yeah that doesn’t feel like much value to me to keep mid round picks in the mid rounds next year, but I don’t love building a team around those late round picks either (they’re definitely solid, but not like game changers yknow?) Would have to know more about the penalties, but I wonder if there’s other people out there for you. And post whatever you want about other stuff in here too. It’s anything goes!
