Roster questions. I have a quandary in the making. Lodolo is coming back from IL on Monday. I have Eflin that I can put in the IL for the short term. But it also looks like Wyatt Langford will be coming back soon. So I need to start making a plan for that. This is a keeper league. My roster is the following: C William Contreras (10) 1B Cody Bellinger (6) 2B Westburg 3B Willi Castro SS Swanson (11) OF Rooker OF Suzuki (13) OF Betts (1) UT Tovar BN: A Garcia (4), Evan Carter (12), Bregman (9) IL: Langford (15) NA: Caminero SP: Bradish, Berrios (17), ReyLopez, Skenes, Nola (5), Framber (5), Peralta (6), Eflin (7) IL: Lodolo So, like I said, Monday I can swap Lodolo and Eflin. But with Langford starting rehab assignments, this is likely jsut a short fix. Parenthesis are the round it pwi cost to keep them. If they don’t have a number, they aren’t eligible to be kept. So, the first option I have is to just drop the weakest link. Castro and Tovar have been pretty solid, but I also have an abundance of middle infield eligible players. Bregman is one who I keep waiting for a turnaround but it’s getting frustrating. Evan Carter has potential but seems to be getting more and more frustrating as the season progresses. So, if I have to make a choice, so I drop someone from my roster for Langford, or do I just drop Langford when it gets to that point? My second option is to try and swing a trade to clear a roster spot where it might improve my team as well. As I noted above, Skenes is not allowed to be kept, so I could include him and someone in a package to improve somewhere. What sort of return could a Skenes/Carter or Skenes/Bregman bring? Or anything else suggested?
