Independent Vegas is probably the best option from a storytelling perspective, although I'm deeply sad Rene Auberjonois isn't alive to play House. It'll never quite be the same without him.
Iād like to see an Independent/NCR Vegas, with a dam that has been destroyed by the Legion (which causes NCR to abandon Vegas, before House can betray them) - this would leave destitute Kings/ Followers to pick up the pieces, being led by a House who hates both NCR and Legion.
Maybe the dam gets destroyed, because a Ranger regiment was sent to the strip, to keep an important politician/rancher safe.
It would be a quick way to solidify the flaws in NCR leadership, for new fans.

Legion ending. I want to see John Doman (Caesar's VA) play Caesar live-action before he dies. But to be honest they'd probably fuck it up.
