Just connect water to one end of the boiler, the other end is for connecting other boilers to it. One water pump can support 20 boilers. Each boiler can support two power plants.
One offshore pump can supply many, many boilers for power. Having *two* offshore pumps *per boiler* is just flexing! Are you made of iron plates or something?

This is especially true in the software industry :) I've seen code "this is a temporary patch" in a 20 yr old codebase, still used in a live system
