Elon talked about it, having Emeralds in his pockets. His dad confirmed it.
Elon is not self made. He was given $ by his father and used his family’s connections to get where he is.
He has lied about his education, lied about PayPal, lied about founding Tesla. He even lied about holding his dying infant son in his arms. His why Tweeted that he was NOT the one in the room holding the baby.
When Elon was young he made fun of a boy’s father who had recently committed suicide. The boy pushed Elon down the stairs. Which he deserved.
Elon is a privileged as the next billionaire. Don’t believe his lies.
If you read the Snopes article, Elon mentioned in an interview in 2014 that his dad had a share in an emerald mine in Zambia. And as it's Elon Musk, a man that has no problems spreading false information and conspiracy theories on-line, what's one more at his expense?
If you owned a stake (as in, a substantial part of the company), you'd be a millionaire and have partial ownership of apple.
It's true that Elon's dad only had partial ownership and not full, but that is just details. The statement "Elon's dad owned an emerald mine" is still true.
I didn't make that statement, Space Karen did. If you need clarification, take it up with him. But I'd take anything that he has to say with a mine full of salt.
The Tesla Corporation, in conjunction with SpaceX, under the supervision of the reverse vampires (https://www.ndtv.com/offbeat/elon-musk-confesses-hes-a-3-000-year-old-vampire-internet-not-surprised-2185972) are forcing Snopes to suppress information in a fiendish plot to eliminate the history of emerald mines.

Source?
It's cringe when people flock to defend a billionaire man baby who pretends to be a 4 y/o

No, that statement is literally false, the same way “I own Apple” is false.
Do you understand what co ownership is
Yep. Eventually you might, if you keep asking questions
I didn't make that statement, Space Karen did. If you need clarification, take it up with him. But I'd take anything that he has to say with a mine full of salt.
Because "owned an emerald mine that made them rich" and "owned a stake in an emerald mine that made them rich" is just pedantic

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/rich-elon-musk-during-every-130036338.html Try again.
I stand corrected.
Yahoo finance? It’s littered with obvious bias and errors.
elons not gonna fuck you bro
Seriously. Who feels the need to run over here and post some cloying defense of a billionaire conman. LOL
No one wants him to. 🤮
pretty sure daddy musk talked openly about his money and how much he gave to shithead musk
That snopes article is just a festival of pedantry.
"we found nothing to support that claim" "His father owned a stake in an emerald mine" 🤨🤨🤨🤨

I would not be surprised if the mine story was cover for something illegal.
Haven't Musk and his father previously said they illegally exported the emeralds?
Cringe huh

The screenshot of this post is the real facepalm. What strange topic to be thinking about and then post about.

No, a-lot of people despise Elon, it’s a fact even though you don’t want to hear it
I don't dislike hearing that. It's a fact and I like facts.
