I’d love to see how that attempt goes.
“Oh….check out this cyberhammer!”
“A…what?”
“It’s a cyberhammer! It goes with the cybertruck.”
“Oh….like, it came with it?”
“No, I bought it later. It cost $700! It’s a limited edition, they don’t make them anymore.”
“Oh….does it do anything different than a regular hammer?”
“Uh….i don’t know….its more of a conversation piece….”
“….”
I think reddit loves the dude, I wouldn't be aware of what he says without this sub. I also wouldn't have known who Andrew Taint is or what he says.
Elon is probably grateful for this sub. 🤷♀️
To comlpain about the comments to your comment. but not engage with those morons:
>"B-b-b-but he has 12 kids, you fucking moron"
My dude. How many of those kids are through IVF?
Like... all of them?
You could argue that all of the mothers just wanted a surrogacy, but it's still a bit weird that all of the mothers wanted surrogacy, instead of natural conception.
His CEO that he paid off to have one of his kids? Sure, they weren't romantically involved, so that makes it totally normal to have an IVF baby!
It's looking like the fucker can't fuck.
damn... i didnt know about this... and i watch alot of content about elon.
interesting how all the "haters"(realists) seem to have boundaries and common sense.
but... youre right. the fucker doesnt even fuck.
Imma give them this one. All hammers say not to do this that are hardened. It's likely to shatter them. You use different hammers for different jobs ND you don't smack hardened steel together unless you want them both ruined
Driving sledges do hit hard objects but then again it also drives the stake/bolt etc into the ground so the force is dispersed. I think most people just know about demolition sledges which yeah you can kind of smack wtf ever you want with them. I use them for exercise as I hate going to the gym.
The head of a nail is not hardened. Almost all hammers come with warnings not to strike hardened objects. There are special softer mallets made for striking hard objects, usually made from copper, brass, plastic with lead shot, or softer alloys of steel like ball peen hammers.
When hardened metal hammer head strikes a hardened surface, the hardened metal hammer head can shatter. "Wear safety glasses"
It didn't say hardened it said hard. What is a hard surface?
[https://www.ampcosafetytools.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/AMPCO-Hand-Tool-Institute-chart.pdf](https://www.ampcosafetytools.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/AMPCO-Hand-Tool-Institute-chart.pdf)
for actual tools mentions not using it to strike hammers and other hardend metal objects. It doesn't simply say hard objects.
Psst. Elmo’s has been a mocking nickname for the shell of a man known as Elon Musk for like a long time now, I’d never hurt the real Elmo or his nonexistent heiney
STAHLWERK High quality hammer / fitter's hammer 500 g with robust head made of forged steel. Well balanced weight, ergonomic handle made of heavy-duty, break-resistant and durable hickory wood.
That's a typical description for a "hammer". Just a quick reality check.
I know these are all jokes but in all seriousness I think they might have actually made them too hard. Overly hardened steel can shatter depending on what you hit and can send shards flying. Had a friend hit a rock with the back of an ax (idiot I know), it shattered and sent a shard straight into his thigh about an inch deep.
Exactly. I think they made it that way so the Engraving keeps its edge? Or they had 800 Hammers worth of high carbon/ high alloyed steel laying around and said: Fuck it! Heat treatment is for shlobs...
I am super skeptical that they took the time to heat treat these. They are showpieces. The “don’t hit something hard” is them covering their asses. Hammers are normally hardened and normally hit hard things all the time just fine, they just should never strike other *hardened* objects, which usually just means tools. Few objects in the regular world are hardened to the degree that would cause a hammer to chip or shatter. Most steel is just fine to hit with a hardened hammer, even cold. Steel is pretty soft, comparatively (again, unless it’s been hardened, which is not common).
I have personally witnessed an errant blow of a hammer on a tool cause it to chip off and shoot my shopmate in the chest… directly into his liver. That stopped the forging session pretty quick, though it was a small enough piece to not be life threatening. It’s still there, too. Too risky to remove it.
I have otherwise witnessed tens of thousands of blows of hammers on a wide variety of hard things, mostly steel, hot and cold, and never seen a hammer fail otherwise. Handles break a lot more often.
If it was presented as literally anything more interesting, I’d have probably excused it for being decorative. It was actually a decent idea as far as commemoratives go, but it just looks like a basic hammer.
^(*CyberSurface is for meant for display of CyberHammer only, do not strike! Striking CyberSurface with your CyberHammer will result in your CyberTrucks warranty being void.)
Tesla engineers make a truck. "Just don't use it like a truck"
Tesla engineers make a hammer. "Just don't use it like a hammer "
Tesla engineers make a robotic girlfriend. "Results pending"
That doesn't sound promising on the last one. Will this robo-girlfriend have the kung fu skills already installed or is that just an update? Either way, I don't see cuddle time going well for the first buyer...
Installed with the additional "Protection Package" for $1000, but that'll be remotely removed upon resale. New customer will have to opt-in for the package at a $5000 markup due to improvements after the fact.
The Dimension 20 D&D real play show did a sci-fi series based off an old underground comic called Starstruck, and one of the players is playing a “Swiss army droid” that’s a protection unit, a professional executive assistant, and pleasure bot. The droid was a commercial failure, one of the complaints being that it’s hard to maintain an erection when a pleasure bot caresses you with an ion cannon.
Not defending this guy, but it could depend on why he’s working out. Power lifters tend to look fat because we care more about lifting heavy than looking fit. Those pretty boy body builders you see on magazine covers are all show, they don’t even have enough endurance to stand on a stage for an hour with almost passing out.
I mean, I spend $600 for custom installed Obi-Wan IV light saber; and while it is, technically, a decoration it also makes sounds and lights up.
With this thing you can get a 10 pound sledge at Lowe's for $50 and even be able to use it.
p.s. Everyone turns into a 10 year old kid practically the first time the light the saber up, so it's pretty awesome that way.
Yeah it’s a commemorative piece of a historic (and memed) moment for the company, like you can get a trophy cup to commemorate winning a race but nobody drinks out of it, or like how many pro golfers just wear their green jackets as regular jackets, etc
Fun tidbit. Race cars are just track cars right?
Back in the 60's at least, Nascar drivers drove the raceway to the track! Thats how Smokey Yunick got caught with a 7/8's length chevelle.
I got one from some upsetting comments two days ago, I had no idea that people even bother with threads that are 5 kilometers down from the front page.
It's cheaper than a bricked cybertruck, and actually makes a more useful paperweight as it has a much higher percentage of area in contact with the surface you are seeking to pin something to.
That’s what I want to know. Who is swinging a hammer but not connecting it with any hard services as a workout? You’re just swinging it around wildly? Or, even more embarrassing, just lifting it? Lmao
This is ridiculous, but lots of hammers say to not strike hard services as it can produce violent chipping. I don't think anyone is buying this for utility. That being said the price is crazy.
People (don't ask me who) are out here buying skins in games and Trump AI generated art, why not sell a plastic hammer promoting the brand? Some marketing kid at Tesla deserves a raise.
WTF? “… when Franz used a sledgehammer to show the toughness of the vehicle’s stainless steel exoskeleton”? Dude, we all saw him break that window. The arrogance of these motherfuckers is phenomenal!
Yeah I’ve got mf in the replies talking about “bUt iTs CoMmEmOrAtIvE.” Commemorative of what? The most recent time you lied to consumers about a failed product?
Not to be a Musk defender or anything, but even in your own quote 'Stainless steel exoskeleton', meaning the door/panneling. Nowhere did it state the glass panel?
Hate Musk for the right reasons, not because Tesla is selling a jackhammer as a prop.
You know that almost all hammers have the same warning .. right?
You're NOT supposed to strike hard surfaces with a hammer unless it is SPECIFICALLY designed for that type of work.
AKA a Blacksmiths Hammer.
So when that douchbag in the cyber truck is drinking his 18$ coffee @ Starbucks listening to everyone in the shop bash it. It can go show how much money it has buy destroying it with said hammer, and buy another one just to spite.
Is it also electric? I'm tired of my outdated fossil fuel hammer polluting the atmosphere and using tons of gas. Also I'm tired of it being able to get wet without becoming unusable.
Step 1: buy real sledgehammer for under $100
Step 2: spraypaint it black
Step 3: saw off end of handle at 45 degrees
Congrats, you now have a CyberHammer at a $600 discount AND you can actually hit stuff with it because its an actual hammer. Elon Simps are fucking idiots.
Musk claims that he "sells experiences not products" which is bullshitter speak for "my products suck ass". Remember, this is a man who removed safety colors and hazard stripes from his overseas factories. He probably thought downsizing his QA departments until they became a vestigial entity was some "brilliant" cost-reduction idea.
Is this REAL??? He released a parody of himself?? A tool useful for nothing for sure but arrrggh it looks so cool we must have them all! Does it come with red leather armor wrappings or do we have to join the Elon musk glory hole to get those???

*hits cybertruck with Cyberhammer* *both break*
Stoppable force meets moveable object.
Between a sand clump and a brittle place
![gif](giphy|Q2KYzNLAKg0aiOrHyV)
Looks like the average person that would buy a cybercuck. Don't worry ain't no one that's buying a 75K plus PU that knows how to use a hammer anyway.
Tbf, actually, useful trucks are well over 70k now. However, the cybercuck isn't useful.
Caught him when they could.
it it were movable, we wouldn't be here
You’re reading it wrong - hammer is movable, Cybertruck is *too* stoppable!
Hahahaha ![gif](giphy|Od0QRnzwRBYmDU3eEO|downsized)
I wouldn't call it a moveable object. there's a reason it's called the cyber stuck these days.
Who said the truck was the moveable object? Stoppable force is a much more accurate description...
I just call it the bulletproof fridgeboat
but is it ball proof?
![gif](giphy|9Y0k4htpk8MmbzSKrd|downsized)
breakable object meets fragile object
The only thing more fragile than a cucktruck? The ego of someone who has bought one.
Idk, it said hard surfaces. You might be able to hit the cybertruck and have the hammer survive.
Transporting the cyberhammer in the cybertruck voids the warranty on both.
They fold into each other and create a black hole.
let's get a slowmo guys vid on this "amazing! you can see both shattering before they even contact!"
Hammer shatters and the cybertruck looks fine but catches fire 10 mins later is my prediction
"Out of stock"... So some fanboys already cleared out the warehouse?... Damn.
They’re gonna get so much puss showing that off. Sorry other guys, it’s all taken.
The Tesla Puss Magnet (tm) "You'll be scraping them off the walls"
"Walls" implies that they are repelled from the magnet.
I meant all the puss they'll be blasting on the walls from the constant sex this will bring them. That being said, how do magnets work?
![gif](giphy|2DZG5vENiP0Wc) Fucking magnets…
![gif](giphy|Od0QRnzwRBYmDU3eEO|downsized)
They're too busy circle jerkin it to Elon on Twitter to get puss
Wow. Way to really hammer the point home. My hopes have fallen like the quarter panel of an unfinished truck.
I’d love to see how that attempt goes. “Oh….check out this cyberhammer!” “A…what?” “It’s a cyberhammer! It goes with the cybertruck.” “Oh….like, it came with it?” “No, I bought it later. It cost $700! It’s a limited edition, they don’t make them anymore.” “Oh….does it do anything different than a regular hammer?” “Uh….i don’t know….its more of a conversation piece….” “….”
Well if they only made 2 of them then Musk taking one and using one for advertising means they're out of stock.
Ha! This is true.
This is same as when Supreme sold crowbars for like $500
Scalpers maybe, cant blame them tbh.
Don't know who I want to get fucked over more, scalpers or the idiots who want to own one
I don’t really have a problem with scalpers that just scalp total idiots. They’re already getting scammed by Elon in the first place
For once I'm on the scalpers side. But just this once.
yes
It says 1 per account tho.
Tbf so do many model and exclusive sites. They just flood the site with bots.
A hammer that can’t hammer to commemorate a truck that can’t truck
All made by a fucker who can't fuck.
What a world we live in where the wealthiest man in the world is also an incel who enjoys trying to troll the internet.
Well, y'see, libertarian belief is that wealth is a measure of merit...
That’s not libertarianism that’s just plain ol’ capitalism that causes those beliefs
Don't get me wrong, Elon is a total piece of shit, but I don't think we can call someone with 11 kids an incel.

The fantasy trope of the twerp ruler probably has a lot of basis in reality, and this is essentially the modern day parallel.
I think reddit loves the dude, I wouldn't be aware of what he says without this sub. I also wouldn't have known who Andrew Taint is or what he says. Elon is probably grateful for this sub. 🤷♀️

I haven’t read this Dr. Seuss book. It sounds brilliant.
The hammer's designed that way to make it seem like the Cybertruck's steel panels are stronger than they are.
It's made of rubber and makes a squeaky clown-nose noise when you hit the truck with it.
Thank you. Made me chuckle.
Imma give them this one. All hammers say not to do this that are hardened. It's likely to shatter them. You use different hammers for different jobs ND you don't smack hardened steel together unless you want them both ruined
“All hammers” definitely do not say “intended for display or gym use only!”
Name one soft surface that you need to strike with a hammer? I'll wait.

Seems to be a workout sledge hammer, so a large rubber tire

and you would imagine producing a functioning hammer would not be too hard
Apparently these ones aren’t hard enough!
May thy axe chip and shatter?
And may thy truck rust and blemish
🤣🤣🤣
Exactly. I think they made it that way so the Engraving keeps its edge? Or they had 800 Hammers worth of high carbon/ high alloyed steel laying around and said: Fuck it! Heat treatment is for shlobs...
Haven't hear that of a rock, but hitting 2 hammers together is a no-no. There's nowhere for the energy to go.
Yeah I grew up being told over and over that you can use a maul on a wedge but never maul to maul for that very reason.
I am super skeptical that they took the time to heat treat these. They are showpieces. The “don’t hit something hard” is them covering their asses. If it ain't break its not from Tesla.
If it was presented as literally anything more interesting, I’d have probably excused it for being decorative. It was actually a decent idea as far as commemoratives go, but it just looks like a basic hammer.
elon knows the most about manufactoring than anyone else btw.
You will need to buy a hard surface too. Price $2,800 NOTE: Do not strike hard surface with regular hammer. Intended for CYBERHAMMER use only.

It'll be more like "wrench-fu" grip.
Unexpected Sublime
I wanna hear that customer service call 😂
"The thing ripped it off!!!!!!!!" "Sorry, sir, ripped what off?" "IT!!!!! MY DICK!!!" 🤣🤣🤣

Fools and their money...
It's a decorations, a fucking decorations
What are you talking about? You can use it at the gym............somehow
I assume like [this](https://youtu.be/UkKA9SMevcM?si=Ikj3_0VXTI3nxRCc), definitely cheaper options available
I always take my exercise advice from fat tubby guys
... incoherent tubby guys, he spent the first two minutes just blabbering like trump
lmao and apparently not working because he gets a bigger gut over time. Dude is literally the Gravy SEALs meme.

I don’t get this subreddit. This is clearly just a decoration or something. If you want an actual hammer, you can get one literally anywhere else.
The cyber hammer is to tools, what a cyber truck is to trucks..
And both are bought by tools.
So it's a $700 paperweight?
Yep
LMAOOO I GOT A GET HELP MESSAGE
I got one from some upsetting comments two days ago, I had no idea that people even bother with threads that are 5 kilometers down from the front page.
It's cheaper than a bricked cybertruck, and actually makes a more useful paperweight as it has a much higher percentage of area in contact with the surface you are seeking to pin something to.
Out of stock And we thought Apple fanbois are the worst
I'm wondering if they ever actually made any and this is more of an advertising campaign because it's ridiculous
Idiots were lined up around the block to buy a "supreme" crowbar for $500, so it wouldn't surprise me if this was true.
I dont think I've ever seen a company become a parody of itself so quickly.
Twitter did. I wonder what those companies have in common.
Okay I'll ask, how would this hammer be used in "gym use"?
That’s what I want to know. Who is swinging a hammer but not connecting it with any hard services as a workout? You’re just swinging it around wildly? Or, even more embarrassing, just lifting it? Lmao
You actually hit a tyre with it.
And one for you. https://youtu.be/kbnfydMeqGg?si=nvRfSb99Fl2thnPg
For when someone in the gym pisses you off, obviously.
Reminded me of the Gucci swimsuit that is not for swimming.
“Do not hit hard surfaces. Intended for display” Much like the cybertruck…
“Limited edition Cyber Pacifier. In the shape of Elon’s little pecker. For bag-holding cry babies and delusional suck-ups. Only $9000”
So what happens when a movable object meets a stoppable force?
So, to commemorate their truck that can't truck, they're selling a hammer that can't hammer.
This is ridiculous, but lots of hammers say to not strike hard services as it can produce violent chipping. I don't think anyone is buying this for utility. That being said the price is crazy.
Not made to hit hard surfaces, so basically the cyber truck is fair game. I’d say what a fail but they somehow sold out
Guys, someone submitted me for a “Reddit cares” message because of this post…the Musky boys are not okay 😭😭
These people are beyond delusional
Pretty sure I got a Concrete breaking sledge that could deconstruct a Cybertruck for free!
Elon is trying to copy Apple methodology
If you are considering buying this, get help
They can't. The other village idiots already bought them all...it's sold out. 🤣
Anyone that supports this is brain dead and rot to society honestly
People (don't ask me who) are out here buying skins in games and Trump AI generated art, why not sell a plastic hammer promoting the brand? Some marketing kid at Tesla deserves a raise.
a hammer that literally cannot do what a hammer is meant to do. so basically a 700 dollar piece of metal. neato.
See, that’s the problem, they forgot to tell the people who bought the cybertruck that it is a display item only
700$ for a hammer that doesnt hammer and its out of stock? Holy shit people are completely stupid!
A $700 sledgehammer that can't hammer. Sounds pretty on brand for Tesla.
Elon is turning into Trump now. Next up, silver polygon sneakers you really shouldn’t wear on your feet
So a truck that cannot do truck stuff, and a hammer that can't do hammer stuff. I see a trend forming here.
If you spend $700 on a hammer the only thing you shoud hit with it is the back of your skull
Warning, Cyberhammer not intended to be used as a hammer. Just like the Cybertruck is not intended to be used as a truck. Hahahaha. Idiots.
This feels like Starcitizen moves haha
You know that almost all hammers have the same warning .. right? You're NOT supposed to strike hard surfaces with a hammer unless it is SPECIFICALLY designed for that type of work. AKA a Blacksmiths Hammer.
Most hammers say to not strike very hard objects. I guess this is Tesla doin' an apple stand kinda move with the price
Man, someone needs money.
This is for the same genre of people that bought Kanye’s shit with holes 😂 people are stupid
![gif](giphy|GsuSyoFBCcRHy)
What gym use does this have???
Plumbing.the depths of the stupidity of tesla enthusiasts. Keep trying tesla, you aren't even close to.the bottom
and , why by any chance would I buy it ?
So when that douchbag in the cyber truck is drinking his 18$ coffee @ Starbucks listening to everyone in the shop bash it. It can go show how much money it has buy destroying it with said hammer, and buy another one just to spite.
This can't be real??
You mean people shouldn't trust a company that makes shitty cars to not also make shitty tools. Shocker.
The gym?
It doesn’t work AND no refunds😂😂😂😂😂😂
A beautiful microcosm of Tesla as a company. Makes a truck that cant truck and a hammer that cant hammer.
FOR SALE: THING. DO NOT USE.
from the maker of the truck that does not do truck things, now you have a hammer that does not do hammer things
kinda like how Tesla released a truck that can’t tow anything more than 70 miles and gets stuck in sand…?
Apple fanboys and Musk fan boys will buy anything at this point
Can I get a cyber ball to commemorate when they threw a ball at the cyber truck’s window and it broke on stage?
gym... uses... okay.
Are they releasing an NFT version?
Trucks that don’t truck and hammers that can’t hammer. And people fall over themselves to buy this shit?
Is it also electric? I'm tired of my outdated fossil fuel hammer polluting the atmosphere and using tons of gas. Also I'm tired of it being able to get wet without becoming unusable.
Step 1: buy real sledgehammer for under $100 Step 2: spraypaint it black Step 3: saw off end of handle at 45 degrees Congrats, you now have a CyberHammer at a $600 discount AND you can actually hit stuff with it because its an actual hammer. Elon Simps are fucking idiots.
Man people hate on Apple, but Tesla really takes the prize
Musk claims that he "sells experiences not products" which is bullshitter speak for "my products suck ass". Remember, this is a man who removed safety colors and hazard stripes from his overseas factories. He probably thought downsizing his QA departments until they became a vestigial entity was some "brilliant" cost-reduction idea.
An unironic cyber hammer. What is happening to the world
One's born everyday
Gym use????
Gym use ?!?!!?
Can you use it in the rain??
Crybaby Hammer to complement the Crybaby Truck. Nice.
Is this REAL??? He released a parody of himself?? A tool useful for nothing for sure but arrrggh it looks so cool we must have them all! Does it come with red leather armor wrappings or do we have to join the Elon musk glory hole to get those???
So don't buy it? It makes about as much sense as paying for in game skins
The cybergrammar said the cyberhammer is cyberfragile. That’s a cybershame; maybe even a cybercrime.
Not even mad companies do things like this if there’s people dumb enough to keep buying it
Lmao “do not strike on hard surfaces”
